Cat, 49, recently returned to This Morning after an unexplained absence.

The TV star was mysteriously away from the ITV programme for a number of episodes last month, with and  stepping in to cover for her.

Cat spent her time off in a lavish snowy location, sharing an Instagram video of herself cheekily dancing in a towel during a hotel 'get ready with me' video on Instagram.

She teased a new work project as she captioned the reel: 'Set Prep, before heading down to Hair and Makeup! Not Stateside but pretty close There’s plenty of snow… what’s your guess?'

The star has been uploading regular updates to Instagram as she juggles work with holidays and parenting her two sons Milo, nine, and James, seven.

She dedicated a 2025 highlights reel to her family and friends, admitting her year had been 'a lot of fun' following her split from her husband .

Cat announced her divorce in a joint statement in July 2025, confirming they had decided to end their 13-year marriage and would remain united as parents.

The couple sparked speculation they had split when Cat was absent from Patrick's mother's funeral in Ireland in March last year.

But despite the sad news, Cat seemingly made the best of the year as she moved on from the split with support of friends and family.

Cat and Patrick first met in 2002 while they hosted BBC talent show Fame Academy but they did not become an item until ten years later.

Previously Cat told how Patrick turned their friendship into a romance by flying all the way from Belfast to Los Angeles, where the Birmingham-born star hosted US show So You Can Dance for a celebratory brunch.

The pair first went public with their relationship in May 2012 and in September the same year, they married during an intimate ceremony in Rome.

The former couple lived in California for a decade before moving back to the UK due to Cat's keenness to be closer to her family.
