Cash Warren, 46, Shows Off New Romance with 20-Year-Old Starlet

Jessica Alba’s ex Cash Warren is wasting no time getting back into the dating game — and he’s already been spotted with a new leading lady twice in one week.

The 46-year-old movie producer looked smitten as he held hands with 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira during a late-night outing in Los Angeles on Thursday, just days after they were first spotted cozying up.

Cash kept it casual in a T-shirt and pants while Seanna, who has credits in 24: Legacy, Everglades, and the upcoming thriller Shoot or Die, turned heads in a sleek black halter top and matching leggings.

The pair were seen leaving Beverly Hills Cookies late night, with Cash juggling coffee and sweets before the duo lingered by the valet looking loved up.

The sighting comes hot on the heels of Cash’s rumored fling with 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr, who he was photographed kissing and holding hands with just weeks earlier. 

But it seems Alba’s ex has already moved on.

Both Cash and Alba, who announced their split earlier this year, are moving forward with new romances — she’s linked to 32-year-old actor Danny Ramirez, while Cash appears to have traded models for rising starlets.

And the exes, who share three children, are both fine with each other’s respective age-gap romances.

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source dished to Us Weekly. ‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.’

The person close to the situation added, ‘They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. 

‘They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.’ 

Jessica and Cash are parents to daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, seven.

And neither of them are ready to introducer their new flames to their brood.

The source explained, ‘They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious.’

For now, the entrepreneurs’ priority is maintaining a ‘stable and peaceful environment for their kids.’ 

The Honey actress announced her split from her husband of nearly 17 years in January.

Sharing news of their separation, she wrote online: ‘I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.

‘I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.’

Proving that their relationship is amicable, she paid tribute to her ex with a heartfelt message on Father’s Day in June.

‘Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren,’ the movie star wrote to her estranged spouse.

It was written over a throwback photo featuring him cradling their newborn son while their daughters looked on.

The former couple’s friendship was a natural progression, as the choice to split was ‘mutual.’

‘The divorce was a mutual decision, so it makes sense for them,’ the UsWeekly insider shared. 

‘They are friends and will always be in each other’s lives with the kids, so they want to foster a loving relationship. They just want each other to be happy,’ it was added.

It comes after it was recently revealed to the publication by a different source that Jessica and Cash have established boundaries surrounding their dating lives.

They ‘had conversations about dating other people while going through their separation, and agreed they were both fine with it.’
