When her sons were born, she and Fisher originally shared photos of them on social media.
But as they got a bit older, the couple opted to only show the boys from behind.
One instance of this was when the Jesus, Take the Wheel hitmaker shared a video of her sons attending her concert in October 2022 that was shot from behind.
Carrie could be seen suspended from the ceiling on a swing.
She captioned the video: ‘My sweet boys came to see their mommy’s first show!’ Underwood gushed via Instagram at the time.
‘Jakey caught a few songs, at least, before he drifted off to dream land,’ adding, ‘One was blowing me kisses…one was sleeping soundly.’
Underwood turned 40 in March and her family had a cake made out of wheels of cheese for her, which prompted the Grammy winner to say her family really ‘understood’ her.
The Blown Away songstress posted a selfie of herself posing next to what she described as ‘about 70lbs of cheese.’

She went on to share notes that had given to her by her sons Jake and Isaiah, aged eight and four, detailing what they loved about their mother.
Jake’s note listed things such as, ‘When she kisses me,’ ‘How much she loves me,’ ‘She’s beautiful,’ ‘Her snuggles’ and ‘When she dresses up.’
Meanwhile, Isaiah’s letter was written like a poem and said: ‘4 Things I Love about Mommy! I love her snuggles, I love her kisses, I love her singing and most of all I love her love!’
Carrie and her husband started dating in 2008, got engaged in 2009 and married in 2010.
