Carrie Bickmore flaunts her ripped abs in a crop top as romance rumours with co-host Tommy Little continue to swirl

Carrie Bickmore was not afraid to flaunt her enviable form as she worked up a sweat on Thursday.

The Hit FM star, 44, took to Instagram to share a post congratulating her local gym, Elevate Health And Fitness, on their new digs.

Carrie shared an Image to her story that showed her in post-workout mode snapping a selfie in front of a full-length mirror.

Wearing a thin-strapped black sports bra, Carrie showed off her insane washboard abs as she posed with her phone obscuring her face.

The media personality’s trim and toned arms were also on full display in the image.

Captioning the image, Carrie paid homage to the gym, praising their efforts in assisting to shape her enviable form.

‘Congrats @elevae.health.and.fitness on your new digs,’ Carrie wrote.

‘So much blood sweat and tears from you guys and from us when you train us,’ she added with a crying laughing face emoji.      

The post comes as rumours of a romance between Carrie and her co-star Tommy Little continue to swirl.

The radio duo were pictured cuddling up at the LIV golf tournament in Adelaide last weekend.

To commemorate the occasion, the former Project star shared a sweet photo to Instagram of herself and Tommy embracing one another and smiling.

Carrie looked half her age in a thigh-grazing navy mini skirt and matching button up shirt.

She completed her look with a pair of brown shoes, silver earrings and sunglasses.

Carrie was joined by Tommy, who also looked stylish in a printed buttoned shirt, black pants and a pair of white sneakers.

The pair also enjoyed a trip to Uluru last week.

Carrie and Tommy, along with their HIT FM news anchor Jesse Watkins visited the famous monolith as guests of Tourism Northern Territory.

In a video montage of the experience posted to Instagram, Carrie and Tommy can be seen sipping champagne and taking in quiet moments together at sunrise.

Carrie, dressed in a vibrant floral jumpsuit, filmed the sun setting behind Uluru in one clip, and Tommy leaned in to whisper something in her ear.

In the next clip, Jesse filmed the duo strolling away from the view point together, before wedging himself in-between the co-hosts and wrapping his arms around both of them.

Carrie patted Jesse’s waist three times as he broke up the otherwise cosy moment between her and Tommy.

The video was paired with The Kid Laroi’s love song Nights Like This, which Carrie also quotes in her caption.

Carrie and Tommy have been the subject of romance rumours ever since they hosted their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France in 2023.

In November, the pair were spotted cuddling up for a photo behind-the-scenes at the ACRAs after skipping the red carpet altogether.

Carrie split from her partner of 11 years, Chris Walker, in 2022, while Tommy has reportedly been single since his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.

Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side when she confirmed her break-up, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.

Carrie announced her split from Chris in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the pair would co-parent their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.

‘It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,’ she wrote.

‘While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything we’ve got.’
