Caroline Stanbury has revealed she underwent plastic surgery on her face after losing weight with Ozempic, which ‘took a toll on her body and face’.
The Real Housewives of Dubai star, 48, who was previously in a relationship with Prince Andrew, told how she had her cheeks ‘rebuilt’ to appear more youthful.
Speaking on her podcast, Uncut and Uncensored, with her husband Sergio Carrallo, 29, she also issued a warning to listeners about continually having facial fillers.
Addressing the surgery, she said: ‘I feel great because it takes a toll on your body and on your face. And so you lose the youthfulness of a full cheek. He has built my cheeks up, I don’t know how he did it.
Complimenting her new look, Sergio said: ‘I look at you from here and I see this shiny little mountain under your eyes and it’s like a cheek just built up, and it’s so beautiful.’

Caroline also highlighted the importance of having filler dissolved before having more pumped into areas in your face.
She said: ‘Over the years it has been filler on top of filler on top of filler. Half of my surgery was removing all of the filler I had and he took three and a half inches off my neck,’
She said: ‘If you’re not ready for a facelift or anything like that, what you should do is dissolve old fillers.
‘Filler on top of filler on top of filler is a disaster, take it out and look at yourself again with a highly experienced doctor.’
Sergio said: ‘If they want to fix anything, before they fit it – they have to dissolve everything and start again.
Caroline added: ‘Yes, I did that in New York actually, I dissolved. And even just dissolved I looked better than I did. He said he had quite a hard time getting it out.’
It comes as Caroline revealed she used Ozempic to help her shed pounds after gaining weight during a ‘midlife crisis’.
The British businesswoman candidly spoke about Hollywood’s favorite weight-loss drug.

Caroline — who had a facelift last year — admitted it caused tension between her and her younger spouse.
Sergio’s desires for them to have shared meals together clashed with his preference for her having a slimmer figure.
She shared: ‘After 40 we all know it’s very, very hard to lose weight. But I met so many 40-year-old women going “How have you done it?” And I don’t want to lie to you, I’ve told you I used Ozempic, which I think is one of the best tools if you’re able to use it.
‘What did Kate Moss say? Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. There’s something to be said for that,’ Caroline added.
Sergio then explained their routine: ‘We try to maintain a balance. If we have a big dinner, we try to just fast a little bit until breakfast.’
He then told his wife: ‘I think you found your balance now.’
The pair also discussed arguing over their eating habits, as she described how he drives her ‘nuts’ by wanting to eat large meals together, but also likes for her to have a trim physique.
‘Sergio is an eater, and he doesn’t like to eat on his own. I don’t need as much food as Sergio.’
Sergio explained: ‘If I love someone, it just makes you happy to see that person eating and enjoying pastry with you.’
‘You can’t say you like that body and then give me six pastries because it makes you more happy,’ Caroline snapped back.
Sergio retorted: ‘I understand honey, obviously not. I love what you’re doing now. Which is for example, today you’re not having any pastries in the morning. You only had smoothies. But yesterday night you enjoyed our dinner with dessert. And you actually ate that.’
Caroline did not specify how much weight she lost with the help of Ozempic, or when she started taking it.

However, fans have expressed their concerns on a number of her recent Instagram posts, fretting that the star is ‘way too thin’ now.
‘If you get any skinner you be shopping in the Toddler section it’s sad when you think you have the look like this because you Husband is younger it’s a Mental Health issue,’ one person wrote.
‘It is very concerning because she looks so unhealthy. It is not slamming her it is frightening to see her so thin,’ someone else wrote.
Another comment read, ‘The Ozempic really worked for you!’
‘Ooo-ozempic or one of its cousins??’
‘Can you share how you stay so thin in perimenopause,’ another asked.
‘Honey EAT!!!’ a concerned follower pleaded.
Caroline also gave her followers some beauty tips during the podcast, encouraging them to ‘dissolve old fillers’ if they are not ready for a facelift yet.
‘Filler on top of filler on top of filler is a disaster. Take it out, look at yourself again, and start again with a highly experienced doctor. It’s art,’ she stated.

Earlier this week Caroline revealed she splashed out over $34,000 on a facelift after realizing that she ‘couldn’t go any further’ with fillers alone.
The star underwent the procedure in November and has now told The Sun she has no regrets.
She said: ‘They are great when you are young, but you get to a certain point and can’t go further.’
‘I should have dissolved them after a period of time, then started over again, because after a while, your face starts to look incredibly round. That’s why I started to wonder if there is something else out there.’
After liking a pal’s facelift, Caroline took the plunge with a surgeon, but did fear that her children wouldn’t recognize her new face.
She added: ‘I wanted my kids to recognize me, not go: ”Mummy, what have you done?”’
Caroline previously offered insight into her experience having a facelift, admitting it left her looking like she’d ‘been in a car crash’
The TV personality was left covered in bandages following the cosmetic procedure, but she insisted the decision to go under the knife had nothing to do with her marriage to Sergio, who is 18-years her junior.

Asked why she had the facelift if she was confident in her husband, she said: ‘This had zero to do with @sergiocarallo he begged me not to do it! I don’t worry about my relationship with him one minute of the day.’
In November Stanbury revealed that she had undergone her facelift in Los Angeles ‘with no information whatsoever’.
Since returning back to the UK she has appeared on her podcast Uncut and Uncensored with her Spanish husband.
Caroline and Sergio got married on December 18, 2021. She was previously married to financier Cem Habib for 15 years before separating in 2019.
