The former host, 66, got a facelift in 2018 and debuted the results on the daytime show.
But eight years later, Carol feels the results of the original procedure have mostly faded and she could use another one if the cost wasn't so high.
She also admitted Mark, 43, did not like her 'gruesome' appearance right after the first procedure when she was swollen and bruised.
Speaking on the Suddenly Single podcast, she said: [Mark] didn't like how I looked because it was gruesome when I was just out of it, the first two weeks where you're bruised.
'All I've had is that facelift and that was in 2018 so that is coming to the end of its life so I do need another one but I'm not going to get another one because I couldn't do it to Mark. Anyway, I can't afford it anymore, it's expensive.'

Carol added that many people struggle to accept their looks changing as they get older and admitted she 'doesn't like' her face.
She said: 'This is what happens when you get old, you can't always look like you did when you were 40. You just can't. I know people think they can but the amount of money people must spend on treatments, it's so expensive.
'I don't like my face very much. When I'm laughing it's fine but when I'm in a mood, it's horrible.'
The cost of a facelift varies considerably in the UK. Highly experienced surgeons and those based in London will often charge more.
Mini facelifts can run from £4,000-7,000 while a full facelift could set you back £7,000-12,000. Some in-demand surgeons charge even more than this with deep plane facelifts costing as much as £30,000.
Elsewhere during the interview, Carol said she was 'sorry' she had upset family and friends when she and Mark eloped without telling anyone.
The couple, who have been together for almost 18 years, got married in Bangkok in February 2018 with none of their loved ones in attendance.

She said: 'Quite a few people were upset we'd done it without telling them. We didn't even tell Mark's mum and dad until about six months later. People want to make such a big deal of it and it really isn't.

'We'd already been together 10 years when we got married and we're coming up to 18 years together now. I was sorry I upset people by not telling them. We did it without telling anybody.'
Mark was a tower of strength for Carol after she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2015.
Speaking to the Telegraph shortly afterwards, the presenter said her partner has been 'unbelievable' as she struggled to cope with the diagnosis.

'I think it has been tougher for Mark than me,' she said. 'When my hair started falling out, I thought there was no point hanging onto it. We bought a pair of clippers and Mark shaved it off.'
Carol was previously married to radio and TV presenter Chris Evans. The couple exchanged vows in 1991 before separating three-years later, with their divorce finalised in 1998.
