Candice Warner has shared an insight into what her husband David Warner’s career may look like after he announced his retirement rom cricket.
The WAG praised David’s ‘resilience’ and sad she was ‘not so sad’ about him leaving the sport.
As to what David plans to do next, the 38-year-old said that the couple’s family will take priority and that will be ‘magic’ for them.
‘The next six months actually aren’t going to look too dissimilar to what we’re used to,’ she tells The Daily Telegraph.
She explained that ‘David will be able to take the girls to cricket, take the girls to soccer on a Sunday’ and pick them up from school.

‘All those things that some adults say they don’t want to do, but he’s never had that chance to do any of those things because he’s always been away playing’ Candice continued.
‘It might not seem like much, but when you’re such a hands-on father and you want to be there for everything, it’s been difficult for David not being able to be there for the girls.’
Candice says the pair’s daughter’s ‘absolutely love when their dad’s home’ that she knows that is what David is most ‘looking forward to.’
