The 38-year-old supermodel — who recently went trick-or-treating with her ex Bradley Cooper — wore an edgy inspired ensemble that consisted of a black trench coat and chic long gown on Wednesday.
The brunette beauty teamed her look with spiked boots and sunglasses while carrying her tiny canine companion— who she shares with the A Star is Born actor — inside of a designer purse.
Because the dog was black and the purse was the same color, the pooch was difficult to spot.
She appeared to be chatting on the phone while running errands casually in the Big Apple.
Her outing comes just days after she passed her beloved three-year-old furry friend over to Cooper during a custody handoff outside his $13M West Village townhouse in Manhattan.

Just last week, the Maestro star — who shares a 7-year-old daughter with the Russian looker — dressed up as their Yorkshire Terrier in a furry suit as they reunited to celebrate the spooky season.
The former couple were first linked in April 2015 when they were seen at a performance of the Broadway musical Finding Neverland in the Big Apple.

And as of September 2023, Shayk was confirmed to be dating former NFL quarterback Tom Brady. The pair have been together on and off since meeting at a mutual friend’s Italian wedding that May.
