In it, Camila takes on the role of Ana, an art enthusiast stuck in the ungrateful position of an assistant to the formidable art tycoon Claire DuPont (Marisa).
A serendipitous moment leads Ana to accompany Claire to London for an auction arrangement.
During her first-class flight, Ana encounters the charming Englishman William (Archie Renaux), and their connection sparks after a meet-cute involving a spilled drink.
However, complications arise in their budding romance when Ana tells a harmless fib about being her company’s director.
Marisa added a set of gold heel to the mix

Last week, Camila opened up about wanting the role during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.
‘I was an intern once for a talent agency, so in some ways I can relate, but also I wanted to play her ’cause I just find her to be so ambitious and passionate about her work and I feel the same way about acting,’ she said.
When asked by Gayle to elaborate about her passion for acting, the star replied, ‘I just feel like I’ve known that I’ve loved acting ever since I was like five years old. So I never had to go through that phase of like, what do I wanna do?’
‘It was very clear to me that I wanted to be an actor, so I’ve always been very headstrong about that goal.’

As the movie deals with ‘chance happenings’, Camila was then asked if she can relate to those in her own life.
‘I definitely relate to that. I think chance moments happen all the time that change the course of my life and this movie is a big example of that.’
Camila also revealed why she wanted to do a romantic comedy in the vein of the 90s romcoms.
‘People always love to talk about romcoms from the nineties and people are very nostalgic towards that, so anytime I do a rom-com I’m really trying to hone in on what was so magical about rom-coms in the past,’ she began.

‘And I think a huge part of it is having chemistry, having good witty banter between the characters and trying to keep it as nuanced as possible,’ she continued.
‘I think rom-coms have sort of gotten very cookie cutter these day and it’s nice to try to find how you can be a little different and break away from that mold.’
Camila also revealed how she learned the ropes of Hollywood with Riverdale.
‘It was like an acting bootcamp because shows like that don’t really exist and may not ever exist in that way: teen shows, teen network shows that just kind of go for years and years’, she explained.
‘I don’t think that happens much anymore,’ she continued.

‘So I feel very grateful that I had that experience of being able to show up every day and do what I love and deliver and learn and grow and develop my skill set.
‘It taught me so many technical things that I realize when I go on other projects I’m like, ‘OhI learned that because of Riverdale’.
