Camila Cabello looked glamorous in a gothic figure-hugging gown for the Día De Muertos Gala in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 28-year-old songstress turned heads as she posed up a storm on the red carpet at Carlos Eric Lopez’s fifth annual event.
Camila – who previously landed on the Billboard Hot 100 with First Man, a song dedicated to her father Alejandro – attended the special event to commemorate her grandmother.
The Día De Muertos Gala highlights culture, family and community by honouring ‘trailblazers who have paved the way’ for a recent surge in global recognition of Mexican and Latino American artistic contributions.
As such, Camila presented the Abuelita Award to her author grandmother ‘as an acknowledgement for the role she’s played in Camila’s life and her appreciation of her Latino heritage.’
Looking dressed up for the occasion, Camila wowed in her strapless black gown and pearl choker, showing off her incredible physique.

The gala, which is in partnership with the Hispanic Federation, will see a series of student grants doled out to Los Angeles based college students to help them with their creative pursuits.
Founder Carlos said: ‘During this time, I am humbled to bring our Latino communities together to share their stories and support one another on this sacred holiday. We are stronger together.
‘We are honoured to recognise Mercedes Rodriguez with this year’s Abuelita Award. Our grandmothers are the heart of our families, the storytellers, the caretakers and the keepers of our traditions.’
Back in 2020, Camila brought the audience to tears as she dedicated a moving performance of First Man to her father, looking into his eyes as she serenaded him.
She gave a beautiful performance of the emotional track from her second solo studio album Romance.
It was accompanied by old photos and home videos of Camila and her dad projected on the wall behind her.
She then walked down into the audience to sing directly to her tuxedo-clad father Alejandro, seated in the front row.
As was most of the audience (including Gwen Stefani), the proud dad was brought to tears during the performance.
