To celebrate the 4th of July, the model, 27, modeled a white, halter minidress with a sexy cutout in the middle for the billionaire businessman’s annual, star-studded bash.
This comes shortly after she debuted her romance with Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark.
However, she wasn’t joined by the prince at the Fanatics CEO’s mansion; instead, she was seen walking hand-in-hand with her younger sister, Sarah Jane Nader, 22.
Ahead of the annual A-list bash, she also attended Rubin’s pre-party soiree at his Hamptons estate alongside the likes of model Winnie Harlow, rappers French Montana and Quavo, comedian Druski, and CEO of the New England Patriots Robert Kraft.

The halter neckline of her dress was cinched by a gold detail and featured a triangle cutout for a daring flash of skin.
Teamed with her stunning dress, she wore a pair of T-strap white sandal heels.
Her sister Sarah wore a tiny bandeau top with a tight-fitting maxi skirt held up by a chunky gold chain in a halter top style.
She wore platform, nude sandal heels for her party look.
In addition to Sarah, Brooks also has two more younger sisters — Mary Holland, 25, and Grace Ann, 24 — who did not appear to join them in the Hamptons.
Brooks pinned back her dark brunette hair in a chic, half-up and half-down look with money pieces loose to frame her face.
