Brooks Nader has candidly revealed all the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone so far.
The model, 28, admitted to a number of beauty enhancements in a new interview with Bustle, sharing that she’s had a nose job, ‘countless injectables’, and veneers.
Speaking of her rhinoplasty, the Sports Illustrated beauty admitted that people say she looks ‘like Michael Jackson’, whose nose surgeries drastically changed his appearance.
The Louisiana native has also tried the ‘Nefertiti’ Botox neck lift — named after the famous Egyptian queen — a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses injections to help the appearance of the neck and jawline area.
‘Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,’ Nader — who also admitted she is ‘addicted’ to a GLP-1 weight loss drug — quipped.
Nader also shared she’s tried salmon sperm facials, a treatment favored by Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian.

Salmon sperm has been hailed as the next must-have Korean beauty ingredient. It is currently offered at medical spas with the promise to increase cell turnover, produce more collagen, and improve pigmentation and inflammation.
Meanwhile her veneers were done by Dr. Michael Apa. Though his work can cost upward of $50,000, Nader got them for free in exchange for a social media post.
Elsewhere in the interview she admitted to using a GLP-1 weight loss drug and said it has contributed to her successful career, adding that she is ‘addicted’ to it despite concern from her sisters.
She plainly stated, ‘The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s OK. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everybody is different — but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs.’
Brooks’ modeling trajectory ascended when she was cast to appear inside the pages of Sports Illustrated in 2019. By 2023 she had become a cover star.
While speaking with the outlet, she shared her process for course-correcting when she was looked over for gigs.
She explained: ‘If I didn’t get a job, I would say to [my old agency], “Can we get feedback from the client?” The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds. I didn’t shed one tear over it. I don’t feel bad for myself. I just say, “The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?”‘
Brooks previously got honest about her use of Ozempic in December 2024 after one of her younger sisters teased her about it on TikTok.

‘My sisters ratted me out on that, which they’re in huge trouble for, but yeah, I did [use it],’ the former Dancing With the Stars competitor told DailyMail.com last year.
‘I tried it out when it first came out, and I liked it, I can’t lie,’ she confessed at the time.
The subject also came up as Brooks confronted her struggles with body image on the siblings’ Freeform series, Love Thy Nader.
Her siblings were concerned over her health during the seventh episode of the series after she admitted to taking GLP-1s after nearly passing out during an exercise class as she blamed the medication for her symptoms.
Her sister Mary Holland said in the episode: ‘Just seeing all of the needles piled up in one place makes me realize the gravity of how deep she’s gone in it. This is different doctors, clearly. This is different pharmacies.
‘That’s dangerous. She’s overprescribed. This amount is so concerning.’
Elsewhere on the reality show, Brooks commented on her use of the medication as she said: ‘I typically micro-dose GLP-1, this weight loss drug. But now, since I have Maxim coming up, and I’m probably gonna be half-naked, I’m upping my dose a little because I want to be extra snatched.’
The beauty shared what surprised her the most about opening up about her ‘crutch’ on the series.

She told Bustle: ‘The thing that I was so shocked about with the show was that I had so many people reach out to me saying, “I’m also addicted to GLP-1. I’m ashamed to talk about it because there’s such a stigma around it. It’s a crutch for me.”
‘I’m still on it. It’s a crutch for me, too. It’s not healthy. I should get off it; I’ll be honest about that.’
Before opening up to Bustle about her dependency on the GLP-1 drug, which originally was used to treat diabetes patients, Brooks said she was taking a pause from the prescription.
The break was a result of her performing on Dancing With The Stars in 2024.
‘It was so taxing on your physical body and everything, and it makes you so tired, fatigued, so I kind of had to take a little hiatus from it,’ she told DailyMail in December.
