Brooklyn Beckham once again gushed over his ‘supportive wife’ Nicola Peltz in new barbed comments amid his feud with parents David and Victoria Beckman.
Brooklyn and Nicola are currently at the heart of an acrimonious divide that has seen David and Victoria’s eldest child notably absent from all significant family celebrations over recent months, including his father’s milestone 50th birthday.
Likewise, the influencer’s family – including brothers Romeo, Cruz, and sister Harper – were not present to watch him renew his wedding vows with Nicola in New York’s Westchester County on August 2.
Brooklyn, 26, who now lives in the United States with his actress wife, 32, has added fuel to an already roaring fire by making more comments about his ‘supportive wife’.
Speaking to Daily Mail while taking part in the Ryder Cup All-Star match, Brooklyn said: ‘There’s always going to be people saying negative things but I have a very supportive wife.
‘Me and her, we just do our thing, we just keep our heads down and work. And we’re happy.’

The aspiring chef said he ‘never’ worries about what people say or write about his personal life.
‘Everyone is always going to say rubbish. I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It’s good fun.’
Brooklyn was among the celebrities to take part in the Ryder Cup All-Star match between A-Listers from Europe and the USA at Bethpage Black.
On Wednesday night, Inter Miami – the team co-owned by his father – will take on New York City FC around an hour west of Bethpage Black. It is not clear if David will be at the game.
But Brooklyn told the Daily Mail he is heading back to Los Angeles after finishing his round. It comes amid ongoing rumors of a feud with his parents.
Brooklyn and his family were last pictured together on Boxing Day last year. He does not appear to have spent any time with them since.
Elsewhere this week, Brooklyn failed to acknowledge cousin Finlay James’ birthday on social media.
The apparent oversight is in direct contrast to mum Victoria, who shared a glowing birthday tribute with her 33 million Instagram followers on Tuesday morning.

‘Me and her, we just do our thing, we just keep our heads down and work. And we’re happy’
Posting an old photo of Finlay as an eight-year old, she wrote: ‘Happy birthday. We love you!!!’
Brooklyn’s younger brothers also ensured their cousin’s birthday was referenced, with Romeo, 23, sharing his own throwback photo alongside the message: ‘Happy birthday broskie .’
Elsewhere Cruz, 20, shared a since expired photo of himself and Finlay dressed to the nines in sharp, matching suits about the caption: ‘Happy birthday.’
Finlay, the son of Victoria’s sister Louise, enjoys a close bond with his famous aunt, uncle and cousins, with retired footballer David even turning up to watch him play rugby at a school sporting event in 2017.
His birthday is just the latest in a series of family occasions to be overlooked by cousin Brooklyn , among them dad David and brother Romeo’s respective birthday celebrations.
Arguably worse, the entire family were absent as Brooklyn and Nicola – the daughter of Miami based billionaire Nelson Peltz – renewed their marriage vows in August, with the influencer failing to even reference them during his speech .
A source told The Mirror: ‘He spoke from the heart – and at the centre of his heart is Nicola who he loves very dearly, but also the Peltz family who have really stuck by his side.
‘He wanted to recognise them all, and was determined to do them all justice.’
Brooklyn is rumored to have been in a long-running feud with his family since late last year
Despite the ongoing acrimony, Victoria, whose new Netflix documentary was announced last week, is willing to extend an olive branch.
‘Victoria’s heart is breaking behind closed doors,’ a separate source added. ‘Brooklyn is her firstborn and she’s worried she’s never going to get him back.
‘Seeing him and Nicola renew their vows without her and David was tough. They have missed out on some big family moments already and Victoria is afraid that the longer this goes on, the less chance there is of it being resolved.’
Victoria, 51, and David, 50, as well as Brooklyn’s brothers Romeo and Cruz were not part of the 200 strong guests who attended the couple’s lavish ‘second’ wedding ceremony, which took place last month at the Peltz estate in Westchester County, New York .
Brooklyn’s 14-year-old sister Harper, his grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles were also absent.
