's daughter Brooke revealed that she has 'regret' over removing herself from her late father's will before his passing. 

The 37-year-old media personality - who leading up to his death - got candid about the topic during an appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast.

Brooke took herself out of Hogan's will in 2023 and emphasized the regret was not for financial reasons, but because she is now left out of decisions and receiving information about her late dad.

'Do I regret that decision? Yes,' she told the podcast host. 

Brooke also expressed, 'Taking myself off of that will, now, it's not the money part because I've never been about the money but it's more about just like...'

The host chimed to offer, 'Not having a seat at the table for decisions being made?' 

She replied, 'Right, like I can't get autopsy results. And it's funny, because now people are treating me like I emancipated myself.

Back in September of last year, Brooke also addressed not being included in her late father's will - where he left behind around $5 million; seen in 2005

She added, 'The reason why I regret it, is because I do not have a place now to get answers'; seen in 2019 in Nashville 

Brooke explained how not being able to make decisions in regards to her late father and his legacy has been 'a nightmare.'

'I can't do anything to help my dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form,' she said. 

'Because the people that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare.'

She also claimed to Page Six that she is not on speaking terms with her younger brother. 

Brooke said that her involvement in decisions would be 'about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way.

'So, you know, there's things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.' 

Hogan had previously been involved in controversies before his death, such as the former WWE star .

Not long after his death, she paid tribute to her late father in an emotional statement on social media.

She also claimed to Page Six that she is not on speaking terms with her younger brother; the siblings seen in 2009 in Las Vegas 

'My dad's blood runs through my veins. His eyes shine through my children,' she wrote. 'And our bond has never broken, not even in his final moments. We had a connection deeper than words, one that spanned lifetimes. 

'I am so grateful that I knew the real version of him. Not just the one the world viewed through a carefully curated lens.'

Brooke continued, 'We shared a quiet, sacred bond, one that could be seen and felt by anyone who witnessed us together.'

She also expressed that a 'part of my spirit left with him' after his death, before sharing that he was 'at peace now.'

Brooke had also typed, 'My father and I never "fought." It was a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear know or understand...' 

And most recently, she took to her Instagram page this week to share a heartbreaking statement about her late father - nine months after his passing. 

Brooke uploaded a black-and-white illustration of Hogan holding her in his arms and wrote in the caption: 'If my love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.'
