Cartwright and Taylor, 45, who wed in a lavish wedding that aired on Vanderpump Rules, have a three-year-old son Cruz together. Brittany has requested primary legal and physical custody over the child however is open to visitation for her ex.
Additionally, Cartwright is seeking to block the ability of the court to award either one of them with spousal support.
Cartwright cited their date of separation as January 24.
