The 44-year-old pop star maintained a low profile and shielded her eyes with oversize sunglasses as she sat shotgun in a black SUV over the weekend.
She appeared to have a solemn or stoic expression on her face, just like her driver, as after it was revealed that she has willingly entered substance abuse treatment.
She previously exited the facility on Wednesday evening after a three-week stay.
The sighting comes just two days after she was count, nearly two months after she was arrested for allegedly driving 'erratically' on the highway in Ventura, , on March 4.
On Thursday, April 30, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office announced that it had filed one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of any alcohol and at least one drug.

In a statement shared with the Daily Mail, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office said Spears is scheduled to be arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court on Monday, May 4.
An arraignment is the first formal court appearance in a criminal case where the defendant is advised of the charges against them, informed of their rights, and enters a plea, whether it is guilty, not guilty or no contest.
Earlier this week, she took a short break from rehab to prepare for the DUI arraignment.

'This law allows a defendant to plead guilty to reckless driving involving alcohol and/or drugs.'

The District Attorney's Office also explained that this type of scenario is 'common, particularly when a defendant demonstrates self-motivation to address underlying issues through rehabilitation or a drug and alcohol treatment program.
'Under that offer, a defendant is placed on probation for 12 months, receives credit for any time spent in custody, is required to complete a DUI class, and must pay state-mandated fines and fees. This offer will be extended to Ms Spears on Monday.'
