The 44-year-old is said to have experienced a string of police-related incidents long before she was taken into custody by the Highway Patrol on Wednesday, following a tense highway pursuit

Reports suggest the troubled star’s address had repeatedly been linked to calls for service - raising further questions about the period leading up to her arrest.

Just months before the incident, the Toxic singer secured a permanent restraining order against a man from who allegedly turned up at her home, according to members of her security team.

But that frightening episode appears to be only one of many disturbances tied to her residence.

Officers have responded to 14 separate calls connected to Spears’s property since January 1, 2024, the California Post reported Thursday.

The most recent entry on the call log dates to October 23, 2025, per the outlet, when authorities received a report of trespassing in progress just before midnight. Details about that incident remain unclear.

Another late-night request for a deputy to attend the property came in on May 27, 2024, though the reason behind the call remains unknown; (pictured February) 

On Thursday, officers arrived at Roy’s Towing in Thousand Oaks, where Spears’s black BMW was reportedly being held. The earliest entry dates back to April 11, 2024, when authorities responded to an audible alarm at around 3pm, the Post reported

The pursuit reportedly began around 8.13pm, with Spears driving in and out of the freeway lanes.

The news follows the release of the 911 call, where dispatchers and officers describe the chaotic pursuit of Spears in real time 

Her history with the police also included being cited for a hit-and-run (misdemeanor) after hitting a parked car in 2007. This was dismissed after Spears paid an undisclosed sum to the owner, it was reported at the time. 

She was also cited for driving without a valid California license in 2008, which was later dismissed by a judge. 

In 2023, law enforcement visited Spears's home regarding a video involving knives, but no charges were filed.

The pop superstar had lashed out at her family once again, four years after she was liberated from her , which was primarily controlled by her father, , 73.

The toxic hitmaker claimed that her relatives will 'never take responsibility' as she slammed them for 'isolating' her. 

'I'm incredibly lucky to even be alive with how my family treated me once in my life and now I'm scared of them,' the singer wrote in a lengthy caption.

'They will never take responsibility for what they did,' she wrote, adding, 'We can forgive as people but u don't ever forget.'

Spears has had a contentious relationship with her family members for years following her 13-year conservatorship that ended in November 2021. 

Jamie was initially a co-conservator after the arrangement started in 2008, with the attorney Andrew Wallet serving alongside him until 2019.

The conservatorship was put in place following concerns for her mental health.

Over Christmas, Spears shared a scathing message seemingly directed at her family, after her younger sister Jamie Lynn, 34, posted a holiday snap with Spears's older son, Sean.
