Spears appeared to be showing off her moves without any music to establish the rhythm or style, and she didn't bother layering a song on top of the video for the benefit of her 41.7 million followers.
Her latest display comes after her in Los Angeles's Sherman Oaks neighborhood on Wednesday, in which she reportedly appeared to be agitated while raising her voice, yelling and making barking sounds.
Spears was later seen visiting a liquor store and in security footage obtained by the Daily Mail, despite recently leaving a rehab program that she entered after her shocking DUI arrest.
She put those controversial outings aside in her new dance video, which was filmed in front of glass doors revealing the ocean in the distance and a gorgeous sunset.

Spears started the clip in the open doorway, which led out to an outdoor pool, with her back to the camera, before she twirled around dramatically.
She was dressed in a skimpy pink halter minidress that appeared to be constructed with lace, gleaming sequins and sparkling costume jewels.
The outfit featured a plunging neckline that terminated just above her navel, and she complemented her look with a pair of mauve heels.
