A Topanga Canyon, California ranch once owned by Renée Zellweger has been put on the market for $7.995 million.
The asking price is about $1.5 more than what the A-list actress received for it when she sold it more than three years ago, amid a demand for real estate in the area linked to the recent fires.
The two-time Oscar winner, 55, sold the home in 2021 for $6.4 million amid her burgeoning romance with TV personality Ant Anstead, 45, according to Robb Report.
The Katy, Texas native would relocate closer to Anstead’s Orange County home base, renting an abode in Laguna Beach, California, and the celebrity couple remain going strong.
Zellweger, who won Academy Awards for her work in 2019’s Judy and Cold and 2003’s Mountain, paid $3.4 million for the luxe abode in 2015, the outlet reported, citing real estate records.
The Chicago actress made significant renovations to the estate, which was initially built in 2002, during her six years living there, ultimately coming up more than $3 million in selling it.

Zellweger is currently on the promotional trail for her latest motion picture Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, which hits theaters nationwide Friday.
She spoke Wednesday at the New York City premiere of the motion picture, and playing her character after the storyline death of love interest Mark Darcy (played by fellow Oscar winner Colin Firth).
‘It was sad as an actress not to share the experience with [Firth] and also know that Mark Darcy’s gone away,’ Zellweger told Us Weekly of the latest collaboration in the popular film franchise adapted from the series of novels from author Helen Fielding.
Zellweger said that issues the titular character goes through ‘a familiar struggle for a lot of people’ in sorting out her love life following Darcy’s passing.
She added that it’s ‘something really important for Bridget’s journey in this chapter of her life, which is that if she does choose new happiness, does that mean that she didn’t love him enough?’
