Brian Austin Green Reunites with Ex Tiffani Thiessen After 30 Years

Brian Austin Green and his ex-girlfriend Tiffani Thiessen reunited 30 years after their split while attending a private event in Los Angeles on Thursday. 

The 52-year-old actor – who was previously married to Megan Fox – flashed a cheerful smile as he posed for lighthearted snaps with the Saved By The Bell alum, 51, during the festivities hosted by Sandals Resort. 

Green and Thiessen previously dated from 1992 through 1995 while also co-starring on the hit series Beverly Hills, 90210 in the 90s. 

The former couple happily greeted each other as they crossed paths amidst a photo session. 

He was stylishly casual wearing a pair of gray pants as well as a gray jacket and white shirt underneath. 

Thiessen was also fashionable in a white lace blouse which was paired with dark gray jeans and vibrant red boots.  

Her brunette locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves. 

The actress was also accompanied by her teenage daughter Harper, 15, at the Hyde Lounge located inside the Crypto.com Arena. 

Green and Thiessen appeared to be one of the many attendees who cheered on singer Sabrina Carpenter who performed at the stadium on Thursday amid her Short N’ Sweet Tour. 

The two stars began dating in 1992 – after the actor revealed that he had feelings for Thiessen. 

‘I was like, “Oh I don’t stand a chance. I’m reaching way above my weight class on this one,’ Green recalled during an episode of his Oldish podcast back in April of this year. 

After reaching out to the actress, he was surprised to discover that she had the same feelings. 

‘I was like, “This is the coolest thing ever,’ because I’d never dated anyone before. I’d never put myself out there as I did with her.’ 

Thiessen later joined Green on the show Beverly Hills, 90210 during its fifth season in 1994 following Shannen Doherty’s departure.  

However, Green revealed on the podcast episode that he initially thought that Thiessen would appear in only a couple episodes. 

‘I had no idea she was going to replace Shannen [Doherty] at that point, and her storyline is going to be this [big] … and it was just the hardest thing in the world,’ he stated. 

He then expressed that Thiessen being cast on the series was the ‘downfall’ of their relationship. 

‘I was so incredibly jealous of storylines. There was just absolutely not a shred of maturity in the way I dealt [with it]. I was a wreck.’ 

Green continued, ‘Every time I’d get a new script, I was like, “Oh, her character starts with Luke [Perry] and now she’s with Ian [Ziering].” She literally dated every guy on the show.’

And last year, Green admitted that he felt bad for ‘freaking out’ at Thiessen every time she had a sex scene with one of their Beverly Hills, 90210 co-stars. 

He got candid about the topic on an episode of Doherty’s podcast Let’s Be Clear – shortly before her passing at age 53 in July 2024 following a cancer battle. 

‘I’d never been in a real serious relationship before,’ he recalled at the time. ‘I was incredibly jealous every time she would f***ing have to work with anybody else because we’d already been doing the show for four years. Like, this is my family.’ 

He added, ‘I used to bring Tiffani to events so she knew everybody from then and then all of a sudden she’s doing sex scenes and s*** with people that were like my family and my brothers. 

‘It was strange. I remember I was really just f***ing jealous and boisterous.’ 

However, Green expressed regret for his past actions by sharing that he ‘can’t imagine what it was like for her being with me for three years at that point.

‘And then having to do these scenes and having her f***ing boyfriend, who she lives with by the way, freaking out the way that I was.’ 

Thiessen also reflected on being cast on the show alongside her then-boyfriend. 

‘You know, there’s a lot of hard memories, but there was a lot of great memories,’ the actress told Us Weekly last year. 

‘At the time when I started, I was actually dating Brian [Austin Green]. That probably made it a little bit easier for me.’

The star then added, ‘I had a boyfriend who definitely was probably not the most secure with me being there,’ in response to Green’s previous comments. 

‘I also had my own insecurities about being on a job that, again, was very established. There were relationships that were super close that I wasn’t a part of. 

‘It was definitely stressful and hard,’ Thiessen said, before expressing that she was ‘proud of how [she] handled it.’

The Saved By The Bell alum later tied the knot with Brady Smith in 2005 – and the pair are parents to Harper, 15, and Holt, 10. 

Green also dated Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Vanessa Marcil and they welcomed son Kassius, 21. 

He was also married to Megan Fox from 2010 until their divorce was finalized in 2021. The former couple are parents to three children Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, nine. 

The actor is currently engaged to professional dancer Sharna Burgess and the stars also share son Zane, three.
