Brandy dazzles in lime green gown at Descendants premiere

Brandy made a stylish appearance at the Descendants: The Rise of Red premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The 45-year-old singer — who will star in A24’s horror film The Front Room in September — donned an eye-catching lime green, satin, cloak-like gown for the star-studded event.

The cape-style number boasted wide statement-making sleeves and a crisscrossed wraparound design.

She teamed the outfit with a small, polygon-shaped gold clutch with ornate detail.

And the mother-of-one took to the red carpet in a pair of gold heels with braided straps.

Brandy, full name Brandy Norwood, wore her jet black hair in a voluminous, wavy bob with blunt bangs.

Her face was aglow in peachy-pink blush and her makeup look was finished with a glossy, nude-toned lip.

The I Wanna Be Down hitmaker complemented her getup with bulbous gold hoop earrings.

She portrays Cinderella in the forthcoming Disney+ musical comedy, reprising her role from the 1997 live adaptation.

After posing for solo snapshots, she was joined by Descendants co-star Rita Ora.

The 33-year-old British singer, who plays the Queen of Hearts in the film, was aptly clad in a bright red gown with elegant draping at the shoulders.

The regal-looking number also boasted a thigh-high slit that bared one of her long legs.

She matched matte red lipstick to her stunning ensemble and flaunted almond-shaped nude nails.

Descendants: The Rise of Red is the fourth installment in the Descendants franchise, a Disney Channel musical fantasy film series.

In the film, which debuts on Disney+ July 12, Ora portrays the mad royal of Lewis Carroll’s iconic novels Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland and Through The Looking-Glass.

Her character is the villainous mother of the new movie’s lead character, Red, who is played by YouTuber Kylie Cantrall.

Gabrielle Union attended the premiere with five-year-old daughter Kaavia in tow and posed alongside Brandy and Rita in some photos.
