Brandi Glanville has claimed Andy Cohen suggested she hook up with Southern Charm star Austen Kroll in a searing report documenting the allegedly inappropriate communication she received from the Bravo host.
Glanville, 51, claimed in an interview with The Sun that Cohen, 56, suggested she hook up with Kroll, his stage manager, asked an intimate question about an ex, and received other sexually-related communication that was not workplace appropriate.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star alleges she felt she was treated by Cohen, an openly gay man, to be his ‘little sex worker’ and hook up with men he could not be with due to their sexuality.
Brandi intends on suing Cohen for sexual harassment, she told The Sun. She previously accused Cohen of sexual harassment back in February but Cohen was cleared of any wrongdoing in an investigation.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Cohen and for NBCUniversal, Bravo’s parent company, for comment.
‘I think that Andy wants me to take over and conquest [sic] the people that he can’t because they’re straight. So I’m like his little sex worker, and I’m not, I’m sorry. I’m a mom of two. I’ve been in two long-term relationships my entire life.’

‘I’m not what he’s made me into in his head. I’m not that, and I have to play the role. And it f**king is disgusting,’ she said.
‘It’s just not boss behavior. You don’t get to do that to me.
‘I don’t have to tell you this, but I’m going to because I need a job and that is abuse of power. It just is. I feel like a f**king prostitute in a weird way.’
A source has shared with DailyMail.com that Cohen is not Glanville’s boss.
The messages The Sun obtained allegedly were sent over the course of a decade. The oldest messages sent were reportedly from Cohen’s NBC Universal email account.
Brandi’s most recent correspondence from Cohen was in October 2022 during BravoCon.
It was then Cohen allegedly suggested Glanville ‘hook up’ with his stage manager and Kroll.
On October 17, 2022, he allegedly texted Glanville: ‘Kind of hoping you and my stage manager hooked up.’
‘I think he wants you!!!!’ she replied to him. He responded, ‘HAHHAHAH!’
The following day he allegedly messaged her: ‘I really wanted you and Austin [sic] to get together. He had his eyes on you.’
She told the outlet: ‘At Bravocon Andy texted me saying that he wanted me to hook up with his stage manager, and I almost felt like, do I have to do this?’

‘He was saying, “I want you, my employee, to f**k another one of my employees. And then also, by the way, I think you should f**k Austen. He has eyes for you.” Your boss should never talk to you that way,’ she added.
Glanville also alleged she was not friends with Cohen and did not see him outside of the workplace.
‘We are not friends, we do not hang out outside of work ever, and we were at a work event,’ she said.
‘I felt this tremendous amount of pressure to please him, but that was too far. I’m not going to go and sleep with someone.
‘He literally thought I would do it. That’s the disgusting part. And as my boss, telling him I need to sleep with another employee [that] he employs. He’s got problems.’
‘He really is, like, pimping me out. I mean, it felt that way,’ she added.
‘Like, what am I supposed to go and hook up with these guys and tell you about how the sex is, because you told me to?

‘That is a different kind of boss. That is a pimp. I am not a hooker. You are not my pimp.’
She also claimed she received an email from Cohen’s NBCUniversal account back in 2013 asking her about her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian following an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
During the show, Brandi told Cohen her ex was a ‘nine’ after she was asked about his skills as a lover.
The next day she received an email from Cohen’s NBC Universal email. ‘Get home safe. Eddie was a NINE?’ he allegedly wrote her. Brandi suspected the ‘nine’ was a comment on the size of Eddie’s penis.

‘The last thing I want to do is talk about my ex, especially his penis size,’ she told the outlet.
‘But you’re on his show, you’re playing by his rules. You have to answer the question.
‘I said “Oh, he’s a nine. He’s great.” And that being on television is one thing, but then the next day, he starts emailing me to try to get more information about my ex-husband’s penis. And this is private, this is not for public consumption anymore.’
She alleged their relationship continued on in that fashion for the rest of her time at the network.
‘I’ve been dealing with very sexually explicit texts and emails for over a decade, and none of them were jokes,’ she claimed.
‘I had to act like I wasn’t bothered by it, because what if I said, “You’re disgusting.” You think I would ever work again, or, “F**k off”? No, I would be dead in the water.’
She alleged she allowed the behavior to occur because Cohen continued to offer her work
She alleged she allowed the behavior to occur because Cohen continued to offer her work.
‘It was like he was dangling the carrot. Like, “Oh, here’s $5,000 to do this, and here’s five to do that,” and, “We think we’re gonna bring you back.” But I feel like, for him, my life is a joke.’
Glanville also claimed that Cohen asked her to share with him any information she learned about him in the bedroom.
Glanville found the question ‘odd’ as she was only aware of one ex-boyfriend.
The outlet also published the video sent to Glanville of Cohen and Bravo star Kate Chastain, asking her if she wanted to watch them have sex over FaceTime. It was allegedly sent from Cohen to Glanville.
The existence of the video was already known, and Andy previously insisted it was meant as a joke.
‘The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize,’ he tweeted on X back in February.
Glanville’s blasted that claim, telling Page Six at the time what happened was ‘sexual harassment, plain and simple.’
Brandi previously accused Cohen of sexual harassment in an explosive legal letter that was sent by her attorneys to NBC, Shed Media and Warner Bros. back in February. The letter also claimed Glanville was ‘used and abused by NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros., and Shed Media’ and accused the network of ‘hiding evidence’ that would clear her name.
Glanville decided to ‘wage a public reputational war’ against the network after they ‘silenced’ her in the wake of sexual assault allegations made against Glanville by her Ultimate Girls’ Trip costar Caroline Manzo. She has denied the allegations.
At the time, Leah McSweeney also filed a lawsuit against Andy and Bravo and alleged cocaine use is rampant at the the network, with the producer and on-air personality both using the illegal drug and providing it to employees. A rep for Cohen told Dailymail.com that ‘the claims against Andy are completely false.’
An investigation was subsequently done and the allegations were ‘found to be unsubstantiated.’
‘The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated,’ the network said.
