Brandi Glanville was a guest on former nemesis Tori Spelling’s misSPELLING podcast this week.
While appearing on Thursday’s episode, the 52-year-old former model — who stepped out with Spelling, 51, earlier week — confessed she hasn’t had sex in two years.
Glanville, who has been dealing with a facial deformity battle, said her abstinence is ‘not by choice.’
She admitted it’s because, ‘I’ve lost my security in my looks. I’m so insecure. I isolate in Calabasas. I don’t leave my house.’
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member sadly added, ‘I don’t do a lot.’
She went on to mention the new music video she released for her dance song Remedy, adding, ‘I did shoot a music video [recently] and they touched up my face with their digitizing thing ’cause they were so nice.’

On Wednesday Brandi shared the visual, joined by Australian pop artists RIP Youth and Beks.
It premiered exclusively on DailyMail.com, and features the former reality TV driving a red convertible through Los Angeles.
Speaking to DailyMail, she opened up about making the tune with real-life bestie Youth, who was born James Maas.
‘It was such a great opportunity, but the past two years have been tough,’ she said. ‘I was kind of isolating and James knew that. He was like, “You have to do this,” and I wanted to do it for him.’
For the last two years, the Traitors star has been battling a mysterious skin condition that has left her visage disfigured.
She was hospitalized in 2023 for stress-induced angioedema, a condition when deep layers of skin swell up after becoming engorged with fluid.
Glanville has since suffered from symptoms of swelling, ‘painful lumps,’ and a ‘constant oily foul-tasting drainage’ in her mouth.

In mid-December, Brandi shocked fans when she posted of her face, claiming that her recent facial disfigurement may be caused by a ‘parasite’
In March, she revealed in a tweet that she’s been ‘f*****g miserable’ and that her ‘face is worse than ever,’ adding that it’s ‘literally melting away.’
Weeks before that, in January, Botched plastic surgeon Terry DuBrow took ‘four tiny biopsies’ from Brandi’s face and neck after steroids, antibiotics, and antiviral medication failed to help her.
She said she’s spent over $70,000 trying to figure out what has caused the shocking deformity.
