The 49-year-old Maestro director-star and the 38-year-old Russian bombshell – who employ no nannies – share 50/50 joint legal and physical custody of little Lea following the end of their four-year romance in 2019.
‘I would die in a second for my kid,’ Bradley gushed on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast on February 26.
‘The first eight months — I don’t even know if I really love the kid. It’s dope. It’s cool. I’m watching this thing morph. That’s my experience. Fascinated by it. Loved taking care of it. But would I die if someone came in with a gun? And then all of a sudden, it’s like no question.’
After splitting with Cooper, Irina has enjoyed whirlwind romances with art dealer Vito Schnabel, canceled rapper Kanye ‘Ye’ West and, most recently, seven-time Super Bowl champ Tom Brady.

This autumn, Cooper will direct his third feature film Searchlight’s Is This Thing On?, in which he’ll co-star with Will Arnett.

Cooper is also set to portray the titular San Francisco cop in Steven Spielberg’s untitled Frank Bullitt film, which will be produced by Steve McQueen’s son Chad McQueen and granddaughter Molly McQueen.
The Abbott Elementary guest star’s last film Maestro was nominated for seven Oscars, four Golden Globes, two SAG Awards, seven BAFTAs, and eight Critics’ Choice Movie Awards – but it failed to win any major trophy during awards season.
