Shanoyd Whyte Jr. – who dated TikTok star Girlalala for several years – made a frantic call to 911 after she was shot and killed in Lauderdale Lakes, FL last Friday.
‘Please help! Hello? I need help please! I need help!’ the 25-year-old murder suspect pleaded in audio obtained by TMZ.
‘I don’t know the address. Just check! Just check, please! I’m at a house. I’m at a house. Please [moaning], please. Alright, thank you.’
Upon hanging up, the 911 operator called Whyte back and reminded him to remain on the line: ‘Yes, hello. Get here! Hurry up and get here! Who’s calling me, hurry up and get here! Please.’
When BSO deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded to the medical emergency at the residence, they discovered the 21-year-old transgender woman (born Maurice Harrison) in the front passenger seat of a parked Tesla suffering from gunshot wounds.
Paramedics transported Girlalala to Broward Health Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased while police located the firearm and transported Whyte to Broward Sheriff’s Office jail.

The former college footballer – who was arrested for domestic violence in 2022 – was charged with first-degree murder and appeared before a judge, who ordered him held without bond.
The ‘wig influencer’ – whose brother Marion Harrison was shot and killed last August – worked as a hairstylist whose Girlalala Beauty Bar offered hair extensions and wig application in Pompano Beach, FL.
Girlalala amassed 294,600 followers on TikTok, 117,012 followers over her three Instagram accounts, 4,760 subscribers on YouTube and 5,146 followers on X.
Her family told WPLG Local 10 in a statement on Tuesday: ‘As a family we appreciate every prayer, kind though and gesture during our time of bereavement. Now we are just praying that justice is served to the fullest degree.’
Girlalala’s funeral is scheduled for December 5 and a GoFundMe page organized by Chaddie Harrison has raised $28,777 from a $25,000 goal.
$12,500 of the donations came from former City Girls rapper JT (born Jatavia Shakara Johnson).
‘Rest beautiful girlala! We love you [and] heaven will never be boring now that you are there,’ the 32-year-old Miami native wrote on Instagram Saturday.
‘Your boldness, energy, humor [and] beauty will be missed! You never missed a chance to show me love [and] for that I’m forever grateful. I’m sorry this happened to you! We have to stop thinking things are funny because of the way the story is told!
