Bodycam Footage Reveals Nip/Tuck Star’s Brutal Car Crash

Nip/Tuck star Dylan Walsh appeared dazed in bodycam video after his car crash last month, while his traumatized wife Leslie Bourque-Walsh dramatically drifted in and out of consciousness.

The actor, 61, was approached by cops on August 17 after he smashed his 2022 Ford Explorer into a pair of utility poles in Rumson, New Jersey.

Walsh admitted to police officers at the scene he was on his way back from a bar where he had consumed alcohol. No arrests were made and the famous face voluntarily had his blood tested which showed he was under the legal limit.

Walsh’s rep later claimed that he had suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel.

In exclusive video footage from the incident obtained by the Daily Mail, Walsh seemed confused as to how the collision happened, while his wife Leslie cried out in shock as she sat in the middle of the road.

‘You were driving the car, sir? What happened?’ the first cop on the scene asked Walsh.

‘I don’t know,’ he replied. ‘I was coming from the beach; there was a lot of us in the car. I looked down. I can’t explain. And the next thing I knew we were all…’

When asked if he had been drinking, Walsh replied that he had come from a bar and that they had been in the sun all day.

In harrowing scenes, Leslie was helped across the road to safety by the officer and a bystander as she cried out in apparent pain to her chest.

As she was placed down on the sidewalk, she then appeared to faint.

‘Leslie look at me, Leslie,’ the officer implored while another voice was heard ordering her to ‘stray with us.’

‘She’s going in and out, she’s probably in shock,’ the officer then offered.

In the police report, responding officers said they arrived at ‘the intersection of East River Road and Blackpoint Road’ around 5.05pm local time, and saw ‘a severely damaged black Ford Explorer which was pinned into a utility pole.’

Police said ‘it was evident that the vehicle had struck another utility pole first, causing the first pole to split in half, hanging by primary wires.’

Cops identified the actor’s wife Leslie as being near the scene and ‘shouting in pain’ about her injured chest.

Another adult woman and two juveniles were also in the vehicle when it crashed, police said.
