‘But on a real note, NHS are amazing, there’s so many incredible staff.

‘Been a couple of little issues but I won’t go into them here.

‘But I will say the majority are just amazing, kind people, angels.’

In the caption, he penned: ‘I don’t know what day it is, I don’t know what time it is BUT I do know where the vending machine is… so I’m going to take that as a win!!’

It come after he shared the cryptic message with his followers from inside the ambulance.

Bobby, who was wearing tracksuit bottoms and white trainers, did not reveal what had happened at the time.

And he shared a post-surgery update on his Instagram where he spoke about being recovery.

Sharing a snap of himself in his bed wearing a hospital gown, Bobby was seen smiling at the camera.

‘Never has a ham sandwich and a pot of tea tasted so good!!! It’s important to remember that it is the little things in life that matter the most.. ❤️’ he wrote.

Among a carousel of snaps shared by Bobby was a picture of his lunch, as well as a look at his pre-surgery compression socks, consent form and room number.

Issuing an update to his fans seven months after he first discovered the ‘lump’, the TV personality admitted that the situation was ‘not great’.

In a social media post, he said: ‘I’m currently in hospital as I have to have an operation today.

‘Some of you might remember that a few months back I found a lump and had gone to my GP and was then referred to go to a specialist and have further tests on it and was told to keep an eye on it.

‘And we’ve kept an eye on it… sorry, I don’t think I’ve kind of explained. So I found a lump on one of my testicles and so we’ve kept an eye on it. Not great. I’m in hospital today having an operation on it.’

Earlier this year, the TOWIE star got emotional as he recalled having his ‘veneers knocked out his head’ in a homophobic attack that left him hospitalised

Bobby, who appeared on TOWIE from 2012 to 2021, then issued a plea to those watching, urging them to examine their bodies as much as possible and head straight to the doctors if anything looks wrong.

‘I just want to stress for any guy watching this, for everyone actually, it’s so important for everyone to check themselves,’ he said. ‘You have to check your body as much as possible, because we’re the first to know if any changes happen.

‘Don’t be embarrassed. Especially men, we feel embarrassed to go to a hospital and drop our Calvins for a doctor. Don’t.

‘And of course, I am scared. I don’t like the thought of having it opened up like a Babybel. But it’s got to be done. So check yourself, guys.’

He added the caption: ‘If you find a lump or something that doesn’t feel right, do NOT ignore it and just hope that it will go away.. It is so important that we get into the habit of checking our bodies regularly so we can notice any changes.

‘Don’t delay and put it off, make an appointment to see your doctor and get it checked. We all know our bodies and when something doesn’t feel normal or right..’

In August, Bobby revealed he was seeking urgent care for the lump – five weeks after he underwent 360 liposuction.

The hospital visit comes after the TOWIE star got emotional as he recalled having his ‘veneers knocked out his head’ in a homophobic attack that left him hospitalised.

A passerby hurled the abuse at Bobby in January and shouted ‘queer c***’ at Stratford tube station.

Discussing homophobia on FUBAR Radio, the TV personality admitted he’s been ‘attacked twice in the last couple of years’ with one leaving him in hospital.

Speaking with his co-host Ellen Coughlan on the showbiz programme Access All Areas, he opened up about his most recent attack.

He said: ‘I was on my way into Access All Areas, and I was in Stratford, broad daylight, and a gentleman.

‘And we use that word very, very loosely, because although we’re uncensored, I don’t want to offend. So, let’s just say called me a queer hunt with a C.’

Opening up about an attack that resulted in his hospitalisation, he recalled: ‘I’ve never really spoken about this publicly, but it is documented, if anyone that thinks I’m just chatting sh**.

‘I was attacked twice in the last couple of years that they call gay bashing. I’m 38 but I feel some kind of shame when you got one of them geezers, literally knocking my veneers out my head and there’s some veneers in there.

‘Anyway, I laugh about it because I deal with things internally. It wasn’t funny when I was in a hospital.’
