Blurred Lines music video director Diane Martel has died at the age of 63 in New York.
The artist had been battling breast cancer.
Her family said she died surrounded by her family at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York, according to Rolling Stone.
Martel was best known for directing the Robin Thicke video Blurred Lines starring Emily Ratajkowski.
But she also worked with such big name artists as Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Pink and Alicia Keys.
Martel was close to Miley Cyrus and directed many of her music videos such as We Can’t Stop.
Martel was also the director behind Mariah Carey’s video for her smash hit 1994 track All I Want for Christmas Is You.
