Blake Lively looked very slender in new photos shared with her Instagram followers this week as she continues her social media return amid her legal war with Justin Baldoni.
On Tuesday, the 38-year-old actress – who recently enjoyed a lighthearted trip to Universal Studios – posted a series of snaps from an event dedicated to her beverage brands Betty Buzz and Betty Booze.
It marked her fourth Instagram post in a month after avoiding posting anything to her main page since mid-July.
The Gossip Girl alum launched Betty Buzz back in 2021 which offers sparkling non-alcoholic canned drinks. Two years later, she launched Betty Booze which offers alcoholic cocktails.
Lively dressed for the occasion as she celebrated the release of new iced tea flavors for each of the brands.
The mom-of-four donned an eye-catching red ensemble from Elie Saab which comprised of a plunging peplum top and matching trousers.

Lively’s long blonde locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.
She opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point and added a pair of dangly earrings and a chunky ring on her right hand.
When it comes to staying fit, the actress – who shares four children with husband Ryan Reynolds – collaborates with longtime trainer Don Saladino.
During a past interview with E! News, he explained that Lively’s fit physique was due to her being consistent.
‘I think the thing with Blake now is that she’s understanding the importance of trying to be consistent,’ he told the outlet.
Saladino added, ‘She’s no different than any other person you know, she’s a mother right? She’s a human being. Just because she’s a celebrity doesn’t mean that her tissue or muscle or bones are any different. She’s a human being.’

Lively captioned the post to her 42.6million followers: ‘I worked in Orlando this week, and like any responsible adult, decided to stay to play. Any excuse to sneak my babies with me. Each park was more incredible than the last.
‘But man oh man, that EPIC park is something special… when you’re in there, it feels like you’re living inside the movies. So magical. Core memories for all of us. Thank you @universalorlando for hosting us.’

Meanwhile, weeks ago it was revealed that Justin Baldoni has obtained the services of another high-profile figure in the world of law, in his ongoing courtroom clash with Lively.
Baldoni has hired Alexandra Shapiro to join his legal team amid his ongoing case with Lively stemming from their experience filming the 2024 romantic drama It Ends with Us.

Shapiro was flagged as a new member of Baldoni’s legal team and for Wayfarer Studios in paperwork she filed September 15, Us Weekly reported.
Shapiro, who is based out of New York, gained experience working as a clerk for the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
In recent years, the legal standout has represented high profile clients such as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried, among other notable names.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps and attorneys for Baldoni for further comment on Shapiro’s addition to the actor’s legal team.
The addition of Shapiro to Baldoni’s team comes as he is facing further scrutiny as another individual has come forward with claims of harassment, according to newly filed court documents obtained by The Daily Mail.
In a sworn declaration, filed by Blake Lively’s lawyer, the individual, whose name has been redacted, alleged they endured ‘repeated, negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni.’
The unnamed person further claimed that Baldoni was ‘not permitted on set during the majority of production as a result of those experiences.’
The individual also said they requested that Baldoni ‘not be involved in marketing or public relations efforts.’
A source told TMZ that the individual is ‘likely to testify against Justin in Lively’s trial.’
Although the declaration does not concern It Ends with Us, the accuser stated they previously collaborated with Baldoni on a different project connected to his company, Wayfarer Studios.
The filing also references Baldoni’s business partner, Wayfarer co-founder Steve Sarowitz, noting that the accuser had been contacted by Sarowitz’s assistant to arrange a meeting, though no specific topic for the discussion was identified.
The documents, filed September 4, 2025, were submitted under penalty of perjury.
The Daily Mail has reached out for comment from Baldoni’s representatives, but have not heard back at this time.
