Blake Lively didn’t appear fazed by her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni when she stepped out in New York City on Monday.
The 38-year-old actress flashed a winning smile while drawing attention as she went bra-free in a burgundy corseted leather ensemble.
Lively was out on the town following reports the day before that her It Ends With Us costars and collaborators had been deposedĀ as part of her litigation against Baldoni, 41, who directed the film and starred opposite her.
There was no hint of those details when she flashed a toothy grin while strutting down the sidewalk in her leather outfit, which featured a knee-length pleated skirt and a corseted midriff.
She went bra-free in the long-sleeve top, which featured a pointy collar, and she complemented her look with burgundy quilted Chanel handbag.
Lively added some flash to her already-striking look with a set of mauve suede heels decorated with a bevy of multicolored beads.Ā

Blake wore her dirty-blond hair down in thick waves that framed her shiny pink lips, matching pink eyeshadow and unusual orange earrings that were decorated with large diamonds in the center.
On Sunday, it was revealed that aĀ number of Lively and Baldoni’s It Ends With Us costars have been deposed as part of their ongoing litigationĀ over production of the 2024 film.
Actresses Jenny Slate, 43, and Isabela Ferrer, 25, were both questioned over the summer, and a source confirmed to People that author Colleen Hoover ā whose novel inspired the film ā ‘recently sat for a deposition.’
Lively has also already been formally questioned under oath outside of court as part of the lawsuit’s discovery process, sources told the outlet.
Lively’s longtime publicist Leslie Sloane, talent agent Warren Zavala and makeup artist Vivian Baker, who worked with her on set, were all deposed as well.
Two prominent names mentioned in connection with the case, Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, and former best friend, Taylor Swift, were not among those deposed.Ā
The Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Lively, Reynolds, Baldoni, Slate and Ferrer for further comment.Ā
Baldoni, along with his co-defendants ā producer Jamey Heath, publicist Jennifer Abel and executives Melissa Nathan, Steve Sarowitz and Jed Wallace ā also participated in depositions.Ā

Baldoni’s former agent Danny Greenberg recently made headlines for his testimony, during which he criticized Lively’s alleged ‘extortion-like behavior’ during production,’Ā according to a deposition obtained by the Daily Mail.Ā Ā Ā
Greenberg said he assisted Baldoni in composing emails to Sony to flag behavior on Lively’s part that he described as ‘continued extortion and effort to gain control of the film.’
Greenberg subsequently qualified his use of the word, saying it was in reference to the conduct and growing tension between the production company Wayfarer Studios and the film’s distributor, Sony, as opposed to actual criminal extortion.
‘My use of the word extortion there was referencing just cumulative behavior that both the studio and [Wayfarer Studios] and Justin was having to manage,’Ā Greenberg said.Ā
Lively has claimed Baldoni sexually harassed her while making It Ends with Us, which was a surprise hit when it arrived in theaters in August of last year.
The movie, based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover, 45, earned $148 million at the domestic box office and $350 million globally, but whatever goodwill the film garnered has since been overshadowed by the allegations made by its stars.Ā
In December 2024, Lively named Baldoni in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliatory conduct and intentional infliction of emotional stress.
In her lawsuit, the Gossip Girl star described multiple ways in which Baldoni allegedly sexually harassed her,Ā including by body shaming her.

She also accused him of orchestrating a smear campaign against her to damage her reputation.Ā Ā Ā
In her lawsuit, Lively named a number of Baldoni’s collaborators, including his company Wayfarer Studios, the studio’s CEO, its financial backer and the PR personnel Nathan and Abel.Ā
Baldoni had initially asked for $250 million in damages from the New York Times, then added it into the $400 million lawsuit he filed in January of this year.
In the suit, Baldoni named Lively, her spouse Ryan Reynolds and publicist Sloane, citing the aforementioned report in legal documents. It was thrown out of court in June.
All of the parties involved have denied all the allegations against them.
