Binky Felstead has revealed she has spent Christmas apart from her daughter India as she pines for her eldest child during a sun-soaked family holiday to Mexico.Â
The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, has jetted off to Central America with her husband Max Darnton and their two sons Wolfie, four, and Wilder, two.Â
But noticably missing was her beloved eight-year-old daughter India, who she shares with ex Joshua Pattison. It is assumed India has stayed in the UK to spend the festive period with her dad.
Now, Binky has shared a gallery of stunning Instagram snaps from her lavish getaway but explained that her little girl is ‘on my mind every day’.Â
The TV personality wrote: ‘Soaking up everything this place gives. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets, glorious food, long evenings, our room on the beach, turtles swimming past ( yet to spot an [alligator emoji] for the boys!)Â
‘Everything’s here… except one very important person. She may not be here, but she’s on my mind every day’.Â

In one photo, Binky was all smiles as she enjoyed a cocktail at a beach bar with her family before playing in the sand with her boys as the sun set over the ocean.Â
It comes after Binky revealed that she hasn’t slept in eight years after welcoming her three children but joked ‘never say never’ to another baby.
The reality star admitted she is ‘exhausted’ as she continues to juggle her family life and a career as she plans ‘everything workwise around her kids’.
Asked whether she would want to expand her family, the reality str admitted she is ‘juggling enough’ at the minute but another baby ‘isn’t off the cards’.
Speaking to Daily Mail, she said: ‘Gosh, I don’t know if I juggle it all. I mean, I’m definitely just exhausted. I haven’t slept for eight years.
‘All my kids are taking turns on who’s assigned to wake us up throughout the night. I mean, honestly, two of them are at school now, and we put the youngest into nursery just after summer because it was time.
‘But I will make sure I’m there every drop off and pick up, but then I’m really lucky. My job isn’t particularly structured, like I’m working from home today. I’m really lucky. I just make everything work around my kids because they’re not young for long.’

The Beyond Chelsea star went on to give an insight into her relationship with Max and their different parenting styles, she continued:Â ‘I quite like a hectic household.Â
‘We haven’t got particularly structured routines, but as long as we’re having fun, we’re outside a lot.Â
‘My husband thinks I’m crazy because he’s super organised and he’s got things planned for years in advance and I’m like last minute, make it work, I’ll make it happen, it works in a weird way.’
Candidly discussing expanding her brood, Binky said: ‘It’s definitely not a no. Let’s just say that, if I was lucky enough to have a fourth, it definitely isn’t off the cards.Â
‘But currently, three is great. We’re juggling enough.’
Elsewhere Binky revealed exactly what she eats in a day and how she trains to maintain her strong gym-honed figure while parenting three children.
The TV personality told Daily Mail that she got the ‘gym bug’ after welcoming her first child India, in 2017 and now works out ‘four or five times a week’.
Binky explained that she has set up a home gym so she can enjoy a quick ’45minute hit session, run or spin to set herself up for the rest of the day’.
The former Made In Chelsea star, said: ‘Well, I train four maybe five times a week. I’ve got a little home office gym at the end of the garden and a wonderful trainer called James.
‘I’ve been really into my fitness journey since after I had India, to be honest. I never was particularly into fitness before, and never knew what this gym bug was about and then after having India, I really kind of got into it.’
Before jetting off to Mexico, Binky spent quality time with her daughter India as they enjoyed a weekend in London watching The Nutcracker and ice skatingÂ
Detailing her workouts, she added: ‘I think once you’ve got that fitness bug, which I kept hearing about, you don’t really ever lose it.
‘It just makes me feel really good. I love getting up in the morning, doing a 45 minute hit or run or spin and it sets me up for the rest of the day.’
Binky explained that she isn’t strict with her diet but has become ‘more wary’ as she gets older and focuses on having balance and control with her meals.
However, discussing her favourite foods the reality star said she isn’t a massive chocolate lover and would rather tuck into ‘spicy, savoury foods’ instead.
She said: ‘I guess I just feel like the older I’m getting the more I’m kind of being a bit more wary.
‘Before I used to, not really care as much, but we love our food in this house. Like it’s so exciting, even thinking about what we’re having for dinner.
‘But just for me, it’s all about slowing down, and control. Sometimes I’m like ‘argh’ at times. It’s about balance, all about the balance.
‘But I literally love my food and I’ve never really been like a massive chocolate eater, I’m like savoury girl through and through. Love my spicy, savoury food.’
