Bindi Irwin Shares Insight into Life in LA After Leaving Australia

Bindi Irwin has given fans a sneak peek of her new life in California since moving to the US with her family earlier this month.

The wildlife conservationist recently moved to Los Angeles temporarily to support her brother Robert, who is currently competing in the US reality series Dancing With The Stars.

Now, the 27-year-old has taken to social media to share some snapshots of her family enjoying their new home.

In the opening clip, Bindi looked glamorous as she posed for the camera in a stunning black gown before heading to Television City Studios to see her brother’s dancing debut.

Another photo showed the Wildlife Warrior with a giant smile on her face while visiting Disneyland with her husband Chandler Powell and four-year-old daughter, Grace.

One image showed Bindi’s bundle of joy on a balcony looking out across a cityscape, while another depicted her admiring a wall painted with Disney princesses.

Fans, friends and family flooded the comments section with love for the young mum.

‘Grace and I both love you so much,’ her husband Chandler sweetly penned.

Her brother’s DWTS dance partner Witney Carson wrote: ‘Stunning inside and out.’

‘Such a beautiful mama,’ Bindi’s mum Terri gushed.

A few weeks ago, Bindi surprised her fans by announcing in an Instagram video that she had relocated to America.

‘I have a little life update for you: we are officially moved to Los Angeles. It’s not forever, but for the next three months,’ she said.

‘Australia Zoo will always be home, but we are here to support my incredible brother on DWTS.’

Bindi reminded fans of when she won the US version of DWTS 10 years ago and it was a ‘life-changing experience’.

‘Now my little brother is going to be on the show. I can’t wait to support him and be in the audience,’ she continued.

It comes after Bindi also recently gave her followers a painful health update, just months after she was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.

The Aussie conservationist shared a heartbreaking post to Instagram last month, and revealed she had two surgeries to treat her ruptured appendix and endometriosis.

She said she was ‘finally’ healing after ’13 years of fighting for answers’, which culminated in the removal of 51 lesions, a chocolate cyst and her appendix.

Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing painful cysts to grow.

A chocolate cyst is a type of ovarian cyst that is caused by endometriosis. It is filled with dark, thick, old blood-like fluid that resembles melted chocolate.

’13 years of fighting for answers. 51 endometriosis lesions, a chocolate cyst, and my appendix were all removed across two surgeries,’ Bindi wrote.

‘My hernia from giving birth that was unzipping was taken care of. I can FINALLY say that I’m feeling better. Genuinely healing.

‘I can function in everyday life without wanting to throw up or pass out from the pain. Slowly, slowly gaining my strength back.’
