Aussie fans of US pop sensation Billie Eilish have been slammed for their hygiene habits.

The Bad Guy hitmaker, 23, kicked off the Sydney leg of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour on Monday.

But it seems that Billie’s Sydney fans have some lessons to learn about the importance of waste disposal.

One fan took to TikTok after Monday’s show at Qudos Bank Arena to call out careless concert goers for littering.

The fan shared a short clip that showed what appeared to be the entrance to the concert.

Eager punters could be seen filing into the venue, however they were forced to step over piles of rubbish as they made their way in.

Empty drink bottles, take away containers, paper shopping bags along with all manner of detritus peppered the path, creating quite the undesirable scene.

Commenting on the clip, the angry fan said the concert goers responsible should be ashamed.

‘This is f***ing pathetic,’ they wrote. ‘Billie would be so disappointed in yalls’

It was a sentiment that was shared by many in the comments, with one follower offering: ‘And this is the gen that cares about the planet SO much.’

‘That’s disgusting, Billie is about protecting our earth,’ another said.

Others were quick to call out fans who camped out outside the venue for ‘days’ to secure good seats.

‘No literally todays campers left it disgusting,’ another commented.

‘Saw so many people trip on rubbish, umbrellas even pillows like WHAT?’

Another added: ‘If you camp all day have some common decency. This will make it so they won’t respect the line if you don’t respect the property.’

Elsewhere, one fan who attended a Billie Eilish show In Brisbane said the littering problem was specific to Sydneysiders.

‘Guys the issue isn’t the fact ppl camp, ppl in bris camped up to 4 days and still made sure to clean up after themselves,’ they claimed.

Another agreed with: ‘Brisbane was so clean compared to this wtf.’

Sydney fans went to extreme lengths to ensure a good view at Monday night’s show, with some camping outside the arena since Thursday to bag a good seat.

One mega-fan told Today’s Taylor Haynes she had been lining up outside the venue for four days in order to score front row seats.

The excited concertgoer, who is now at the front of the queue, told Haynes: ‘I’m so excited and nervous and stressed.’

In order to make time tick by faster, she told Haynes she and the other 600 fans in the queue have been playing games and chatting while waiting for the big night.

The Los Angeles-born singer will be performing 12 sold-out Australian shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne as part of her Hit Me Hard and Soft world tour.

Her first concert was last Tuesday at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and her last will be on March 8 at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena.

It is the first time Billie has performed in Australia since 2022.

In April, the Grammy and Oscar-winning artist unveiled her impressive 81-date tour on Instagram for her new album, Hit Me Hard and Soft.

The tour saw Billie first hit the road in September in Quebec, Canada, before concluding in July in Dublin, Ireland.

The tour announcement came just weeks before the release of her third studio album of the same name.
