Bikini-clad MasterChef star Poh Ling Yeow, 52, shows off her incredibly youthful visage and figure as fans believe she is ageing backwards: ‘She’s gonna be hot at 100!’

Poh Ling Yeow celebrated her 52nd birthday earlier this month and fans are convinced she is ageing backwards.

The MasterChef Australia star celebrated the milestone by posting photos of herself showing off her ageless visage and figure. 

One image showed the foodie relaxing in a hammock, rocking a black two-piece swimsuit. 

‘I remember at 15, wondering if anyone would ever notice me and thinking 30 was old, then actually turning 30 and daftly feeling ancient,’ she wrote alongside the post.

‘But now, freshly 52, after having been tumbled by the whole spectrum of life’s happenings, I instead feel new.

‘In the way a river torrent persistently polishes a pebble and makes it shinier with age, allowing the debris to slide off instead of getting snagged.’

Elsewhere, Poh sent best wishes for the New Year and said that she aimed to ‘rush less’ in 2026. 

‘I wish this for you too, that you make time for whatever your version of curling up in the hammock with an old dog is,’ she continued.

‘I’m slowly learning there’s no point in working your a**e off if you don’t also teach yourself to enjoy.’

The celebrity chef’s fans marvelled over how young the star looked in the image. 

‘I’d swear you were a young girl in that photo,’ said one follower.

‘Compliments of the season Poh, and you look so cute, you always have such inspiring words girlfriend,’ added another.

A third commented: ‘Look at you, getting more & more gorgeous with age goddamit … how hot you gonna be at 100?’

Poh made a second birthday post where she shared details about her childhood and included another photo of herself modelling the same bikini.

‘I grew up in a family that didn’t make a big deal about birthdays, like to the point of forgetting a good number of them,’ she explained.

‘So as odd as it sounds, I’ve not received many presents in my life.’

Wearing her long black hair in pigtails, Poh completed her look with a wide-brimmed straw hat, earrings and a gorgeous beaded necklace she bought for herself.

She said the amazing accessory was made by a friend who belongs to the Yawanawà tribe of the Amazon.

Poh reached a milestone in 2025 when the reality star was nominated for a Gold Logie.

She was one of seven stars nominated for the prized gong alongside Julia Morris, Ally Langdon, Sonia Kruger, Lisa Millar, Hamish Blake and the eventual winner Lynne McGranger.

The chef joined the judging panel in 2022 following the shock death of Jock Zonfrillo and the departures of Melissa Leong and Andy Allen.
