Big Brother’s latest eviction leaves viewers stunned as THIRD housemate is voted out following public vote

Big Brother’s Hallie was the third person to be evicted from the house on Friday night.

The youth worker, 18, was up for the public vote against DJ Dylan, 39, and stay-at-home mother Trish, 33, with the eviction result leaving some show fans in shock.

Hallie blew kisses ahead of her first interview on spin-off show Big Brother: Late & Live as she was greeted as she left the house by show hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best.

Chants of ‘get Kerry out’ were again heard from the crowd following them making similar calls last week.

Hallie told AJ and Will after her eviction: ‘I loved it! Honestly that was amazing, my mum is the one person I wanted to see first…but the feeling that I got from the crowd, I loved it. Thank you so much. My mouth is dry. I honestly have no idea [why I’m out], everything happens for a reason. ‘

In the build-up to her exit, Hallie had been nominated by Jordan, Matty, Chanelle, and Jenkin for eviction and faced a public vote along with Trish and Dylan.

Hallie admitted that she was ‘surprised’ by some of those who nominated her but insisted that that there was ‘no bad blood’ between herself and her former housemates.

She said: ‘Chanelle surprised me, but I understand where they’re coming from. At the end of the day, it’s a game and what’s got to be done has got to be done so I hold no bad blood and I love them all.’

Early on in the series, Hallie revealed to her co-stars that she is a transgender woman and was on the verge of tears as she recalled how everyone had accepted her.

She said: ‘Honestly, it was the first night, I wanted to see how the housemates were and going to sleep on the first night I felt as if they would respect me.

‘I woke up the next morning I was s****** myself, but once I’d said I was a trans woman, it was like a weight lifted off my chest.

‘I appreciate everyone in that house. The love I felt from all of them, I really appreciated it. It was important to me to be loud and proud and show trans visibility.’

Just before the end of the interview, Hallie revealed that she would like customer support worker Yinrun, 25, to walk away with the £100,000 prize so she can return to her native China.

She said: ‘The goal is to fly Yinrun back to China to see her parents, so I want Yinrun to win.’

Show fans took to social media to express their shock at Hallie’s departure, with many insisting Dylan should have been the one to go.

One person wrote on Twitter: ‘The third person being evicted is Hallie WTF I’m shocked I was sure it would be Dylan.’

While someone else wrote: ‘I’m buzzing Trish has been saved, but can’t believe we’re losing Hallie. I’m gutted.’

And someone else shared: ‘Hallie was annoying at times but I’d rather her in there over Dylan any day.’

‘What hallie? NOOOOO IT HAD TO BE DYLAN,’ posted another person.

Someone else wrote: ‘Hallie? Are you kidding? Probably the one chance everyone had to get rid of Dylan and you blew it. Actually disgusted with that result.’

Another viewer commented: ‘I’m not even a big fan of her, but can’t believe hallie is out before DYLAN WTF???

A rule break by Yinrun resulted in her nominations for Hallie and Kerry being revoked, ultimately leading to Dylan facing the public vote alongside Hallie and Trish.

Yinrun broke the rules by speaking to Henry about how she was approaching nominations – leading to her choices being revoked.

Hallie’s exit comes after model Zak, 28, who was eliminated in week two of the series, and make-up artist Farida, 50, who was the first of the 16 housemates to face eviction.

Big Brother continues on ITV2 and ITVX on Sunday at 9pm.

I like to do something different and I think this is the next challenge I want to conquer. I want to show people what pageant girls are really like and disprove a lot of stereotypes around them. I also show what it’s like being a woman who’s worked in male- dominated fields. I want to show that women are capable of doing anything they want.’

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO BE NOMINATED FOR? ‘Probably just for being annoying. In Wales, we have this saying, “I’ll do it now in a minute.” So like, if I went to make food and I left a dish on the side, I have all good intentions of washing it but I’d be like, “I’ll do it now in a minute,” and it might be three hours later before I do it. So probably for silly stuff like that.’

HOW WOULD YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DESCRIBE YOU? ‘I think they would say I’m particularly sociable and very chatty. I mean, I’ll be honest, my parents would definitely say I’m a bit of a snob but I take it as a compliment. I think it means you’ve got high standards and good taste. They’d say I was quite a peculiar child.’

KERRY

76317175 12608729 image m 45 1696807626084

AGE: 40

PROFESSION: NHS manager

FROM: Essex

WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BE A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love the programme. It is, for me, the ultimate reality TV show ever. I’ve got multiple sclerosis and so the reason why I never applied before is because I always saw those whacking great big stairs to get into the house. It just felt a little bit unachievable because for the first three years of my illness I was in a wheelchair. When I saw it was coming back and searching for real people from all walks of life, I thought, this is my year.’
