Big Brother’s Jenny Baird reportedly ‘bathed in toilet cleaner’ in a bid to ‘remove her fake tan’ in unaired scenes.

The Northen Irish reality star, 20, who was placed third in the show’s final on Friday night, is rumoured to have used the cleaning products ‘multiple times’ during her seven weeks inside the house.

It appears bosses of the show stepped in once they were made aware and ensured all cleaning products were eco-friendly and non-corrosive.

‘Jenny was truly dedicated to her glam routine and fans loved seeing her in her heatless curls and trying to keep up her fake tan regime,’ a source told The Sun.

‘But what they didn’t see on telly was her bathing in toilet cleaner.

‘She’d tip it in with the water cos she wanted the bleach to scrub off her tan before reapplying.

Applications have now opened, with potential housemates being asked to commit up to eight weeks for the programme next autumn.

Composer and author Richard, from London, might have been a late addition to the household, but he has won over the public with his reaction to evicted housemate Caroline’s behaviour towards him.

Some of the insults levelled at Richard included Caroline’s claim that he was ‘boring’ and she went as far as to compare him to Mr Bean in her exit interview where she declared: ‘Richard is not funny.’

Richard had been a clear favourite to win the reality show for some weeks now, bookies slashing his odds to 1/5.

It was previously revealed how controversial housemate George was disinvited from the live finale after being removed from the house.

George since broke his silence and accused the channel of ‘leaving his life in tatters’ following his removal.

Celebrity Big Brother is expected to return in Spring when the iconic house reopens for a new batch of famous faces.

ITV bosses asked him to leave after what they said was ‘repeated warnings’ about his ‘offensive behaviour’.
