Big Brother Australia housemates Holly Young and Coco Beeby certainly made the most of the Gold Coast sun this week.
The pair were spotted taking a break from reality show drama on Friday, working on their tans poolside.
They were the picture of rest and relaxation as they reclined on large folding beach chairs.
Holly, 31, flaunted her bronzed form in a white two-piece bikini which showed off her trim and taut torso.
She also put on quite the leggy display, thanks to the skimpy, side-tied bikini bottoms.
Reclining on a blue and white striped towel, Holly protected herself from the sun with a blue visor cap with a wide brim that almost obscured her face.

Coco, 30, meanwhile, put on a similarly summery display, wearing a lemon-coloured bikini top and patterned bottoms that stood out against her bronzed body.
Looking similarly relaxed and beach-ready on a red and white striped towel, Coco also went sun-smart for her tanning session, wearing a camouflage-patterned cap.
The pair were joined by fellow housemate Allana Jackson, 45, who sauntered up to the pair wrapped in a blue and white towel.
The arrival of a third did not disturb Holly and Coco’s rest and relaxation, though, with the pair continuing to work on their tans as they chatted.Â
Holly and Coco have not been immune from criticism during their time in the house.
This week, viewers took to social media to slam some of the contestants – including Holly and Coco –after offensive comments were heard on the livestreamÂ
One scene showed Conor Maysey, 31, who has Tourette syndrome, complaining to Colin Ridley, 21, about his girlfriend Holly, who allegedly told the disability advocate that she understood him because she knows people who have Down syndrome.Â
The comment left Conor feeling ‘horrific’.

Another incident in the Big Brother house saw Conor allegedly make an ableist joke, however the livestream was said to have been cut short by producers in an attempt to avoid scrutiny.
Despite this, the moment was uploaded on Reddit and viewers slammed the multiple remarks made by the contestants, including one comment by Coco, who is said to have dropped the offensive term ‘spaz’ while in the house.
‘The producers of this show fell short on who they chose as housemates,’ one person complained on TikTok.
Another chimed in: ‘Friendly reminder Holly also called people “downies”.’
‘It’s called empathy, something Holly doesn’t have,’ a third penned.
Other countries have decided to scrap live-streaming on Big Brother, with the censoring of offensive language made increasingly difficult when it comes to 24/7 filming.
‘This is exactly why the livestream disappeared for years,’ an insider told Pedestrian.tv.
‘You cannot control “casual racism” on a reality show’ they added, also claiming that an editing delay fails to protect anyone.

Holly has also drawn the ire of some of the housemates, particularly Abiola Oreyomi who was reduced to tears after a clash with holly on the subject of ‘pretty privilege’.Â
Evicted housemate Michael Downes also threw some shade at Holly on Star 104.5 FM’s Gina and Matty show, claiming that she, and her on-camera relationship with housemate Colin was ‘fake’.
‘So if you think Holly’s fake, does that mean that Holly and Colin’s romance is fake as well?’ host Matt Baseley asked.
Michael didn’t mince words, replying: ‘Mate 100 per cent, everybody knows that.’
‘I said that ain’t lasting until halfway down the eviction runway… that’s not a thing!’Â
