A Big Brother star looks completetly unrecognisable in a photo he shared on Instagram, which was taken in 2018.
Without his signature curly hair and statement moustache, he was hard to recognise, instead sporting short blond hair, designer stubble and facial piercings.
This doctor, 24, was famously evicted in a BRUTAL letter from home twist on the show last week, making him the sixth contestant to leave the house.
This left Henry, Noky, Jordan, Yinrun and Olivia battling it out in the final – with Jordan being crowned the eventual winner.
So who does feature in the handsome social media post? That’s right, it’s Matty Simpson from Big Brother.

That’s right, it’s doctor Matty Simpson, who was the sixth housemate to be evicted from the latest series of the show
In the picture, Matty sports a vintage patterned shirt which he wore unbuttoned down to the naval as she smouldered in front of the camera.
He looked worlds apart from the man who graced TV screens in the ITV reality show.
Since leaving the show, he has broken his silence to talk about his experience on the show which saw him receive a letter from home, which said at the bottom: ‘You have been evicted, please leave the house.’
He told Heat about the moment and said: ‘Everyone was expecting to me cry or have a bit of a breakdown; everyone was shocked by my reaction. My reaction was only so good because I was just ready to go at that point.
‘I didn’t come to win, to be a celebrity or whatever etc. I was ready to go. I was kind of glad I went in a super savage, brutal way through the back door cause iconic.’
Clarifying that the twist was a shock to him, he continued: ‘I did not expect that to be coming from the letters from home. It’s funny because everyone that day was saying, “Matty really needs his letter”, because I was really low that day.’
Matty explained that he has been left ‘traumatized’ by the whole Big Brother experience and was unable to watch any of the episodes back.
But he did also say he had ‘had a ball’ taking part in the show.
