Big Brother Australia stars Bruce and Coco give major update on their relationship after falling in love on the show

Big Brother Australia star Bruce Dunne has revealed that he has gone on a date with Coco Beeby since they finished filming on the show.

The reality stars, who were known to get cosy on the reality series this season, got together for a ‘coffee and surf’ meet-up last week.

Bruce, 25, later shared intimate footage featuring the popular pair on his social media.

The date, which was planned in the Big Brother house, included a trip to beautiful Double Island Beach in Queensland’s Great Sandy National Park.

In the video, shared to Bruce’s Instagram, Coco, 30, can be seen rocking a skimpy bikini while enjoying a beverage and a meal of prawns with Bruce on the beach.

The single mum, who walked away with $135,000 in prize money after winning Big Brother earlier this month, has previously teased a blooming romance with Bruce.

Ahead of their date, Coco told Pedestrian TV she wanted to ‘get to know’ Bruce without ‘any cameras around’.

‘I think it’s going to be a whole other part of our little journey, like we are going to be able to have a little bit more of an intimate conversation,’ she said.

Coco continued: ‘Because obviously, when you’re in the house, you do know that the cameras are watching, people are listening, and it is hard to talk about deep, deep things.

‘So I think just getting to know him on a deeper level, I’m excited for that.’

The footage of Coco and Bruce spending some quality time together was greeted with enthusiastic approval from Bruce’s followers.

‘This is the content we are all wanting to see,’ messaged one person on the post, to which Coco replied: ‘More where that came from.’

Another follower said: ‘So happy to see you guys are spending time together. Two peas in a pod.’

‘Actually, love you two together,’ added a third person.

Big Brother co-star Mia Wijewardene commented, ‘Coco’s dream date, so beautiful guys.’

It comes after Coco revealed intimate details about her life-changing Big Brother win.

The NSW-based mother of three was crowned champion earlier this month, beating fellow finalist Emily, a 30-year-old primary school teacher from WA, to the top spot.

But in a candid chat, Coco revealed she barely had time to catch her breath before being swept straight back into the show’s post-finale obligations, leaving her children devastated.

‘So, I got to spend about 20 minutes with my kids. That was brutal: Having to say hi, give them a big hug and then let them go again,’ she told news.com.au.

Coco explained that after just a few minutes of holding her little ones for the first time in 30 days, producers moved her into a waiting car and whisked her away.

Fans tuning into the finale were faced with devastating scenes as Coco was reunited with her three kids on stage.

The emotional children openly sobbed and begged for their mummy as Coco attempted to complete her exit interview.
