revealed that she was given 'bad news' as she offered a heartbreaking health update amid her blood battle. 

The 22-year-old media personality - who first - opened up to her fans in a post uploaded to her X account over the weekend on Saturday. 

'Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer,' the star wrote. 

The Ms. Whitman rapper - whose real name is Danielle Bregoli - did not offer further details in her latest tweet. 

In November 2024, the star addressed concerns over her and explained that it had been caused by 'cancer medicine.' 

At the time, she did not clarify if she had cancer and instead wrote on her Instagram stories: 'I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose weight. Im slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives [sic].'

But her cancer in a fiery response to Perez Hilton claiming that the actress could possibly be 'making it up.'

The media influencer has also garnered mixed responses from fans after undergoing various cosmetic procedures amid her cancer battle. 

In December 2024, Bregoli had her breasts done and additionally had silicone injections removed from her buttocks

The following month, she underwent a nose job and uploaded a photo to Instagram to show bruising on her face following the surgery

However, Bregoli came to her own defense over her nose job as some critics questioned why she had the procedure done amid her health battle

She continued, 'Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to b[sic] open with y'all about what I have done and mfs [sic] still make s*** a problem. Y'all are crazy.

Bregoli - who had yet to reveal the type of cancer she had at the time - also commented on rumors surrounding her diagnosis. 

'Y'all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y'all don't even know what kind of cancer I have! It's not breast cancer that is a rumor.' 

Bregoli also insisted that she is seeing 'top doctors' and 'had to get approval both times for my surgeries.'

The media personality added, 'I just got my boobs and my, um, butt shots taken out on December 12. And I got my nose job on January 15. And both times I had to get clearance.' 

In a separate January video, she also addressed speculation about her cancer diagnosis and clarified that she does not have breast or lung cancer.

Before unveiling her cancer diagnosis, Bregoli welcomed her first child - a baby girl - in March 2024 with on-and-off partner Le Vaughn. 

Before giving birth, the star had previously shared that she would be naming her child Kali Love.

She also gave insight into what had inspired her to choose the name during an interview with People

'The name doesn't really have any specific meaning, it's just his mom picked the middle name and then I had a list of five names I liked, and Kali was one of them.'

Bregoli also appeared in the comedy titled Drugstore June which was released in 2024.
