Benson Boone and Maggie Thurmon are going their separate ways.
The singer-songwriter, 23, and the actress-influencer, also 23, quietly split earlier this week after almost two years together, a source confirmed to TMZ.
‘[They’re] are no longer together, though it’s unclear what led to the split,’ a source told the outlet.
The pair have since unfollowed each other on Instagram, signaling the end of their relationship.
Just days before calling it quits, Thurmon was in the audience at Boone’s American Heart World Tour stop in Raleigh, North Carolina, on September 7.
Two nights later in Nashville, Boone admitted to fans waiting outside Bridgestone Arena that he’d had ‘a rough day’ but was ‘very happy to be on stage’ to take his mind off things, according to a TikTok clip from the evening.

At this time, neither Benson nor Maggie has commented on the breakup.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Boone’s rep for comment.
The couple first stepped out publicly in March 2024 at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards viewing party.
Thurmon made their relationship Instagram official that June with a video of the two holding hands, and by the fall they were fixtures on the red carpet.
She was also his date to the MTV Video Music Awards last year, where they packed on the PDA for cameras, and later that week, at a Tommy Hilfiger show during New York Fashion Week.
In November, he told Entertainment Tonight: ‘[I love] her whole personality, who she is. She has great parents. She was raised very well. She’s just the sweetest and the kindest. And she’s a beautiful girl, so I can’t help it.’
Thurmon continued to support Boone throughout 2025, celebrating his major career milestones, including his Grammy performance in February and Saturday Night Live debut in May.
The split comes at a pivotal moment in Boone’s career.

After breaking out with his chart-topping single Beautiful Things last year, he has scored follow-up hits with Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else and Mystical Magical.
His current American Heart World Tour launched in August and will span 50 shows through November.
Earlier this month, Boone played a sold-out show at New York’s Madison Square Garden, an emotional milestone he had long dreamed about.
‘Approximately four years and 172 days ago, I met my manager, and we made a goal that we would play Madison Square Garden someday — 1,633 days ago,’ Boone told the packed crowd. ‘This is going to be the most memorable night of my life.’
