Prominent radio host Robin Ayers has unexpectedly passed away, her employer has confirmed. She was 44.
Ayers had been a well-known entertainment reporter and radio host at KBLA 1580 Talk Radio in Los Angeles, where she worked for the past several years.
In a statement, staffers at the Los Angeles-area radio station revealed she died on Thursday.
As of Sunday, a cause of death had yet to be announced. Tributes are now pouring in for radio personality, who leaves behind a devoted husband and two twin daughters who just celebrated their 18th birthday.
‘With the fam! Celebrating Thanksgiving and the twins’ 18th bday!’ she wrote at the time, filming the four enjoying a night out in New York.
