She also had quite the headline-making love life as she romanced Michael Hutchence of INXS who died in 1997 at the age of 37.
And in August 2001, the photogenic wonder posed nude for Hugh Hefner’s Playboy magazine.
The songbird made a rare appearance at the charity event for Project Angel Food’s 2025 Angel Awards held at Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles last week.

The radiant star posed with her film producer husband since 1986, Morgan Mason, 70, and their son James Duke Mason, 33.
In 2021 she spoke about her former addiction to alcohol and cocaine.
The chart-topping artist admitted she is surprised to still be alive after her life spiraled out of control.
In an interview with Australia’s New Idea magazine, the songstress was candid about her long-term drug abuse.
‘I can’t believe I’m not dead,’ she said while reflecting on her wild days as the frontwoman of The Go-Go’s and beyond.
The Heaven Is a Place on Earth star revealed she decided to get sober after having a vision of herself dead in a hotel room from a cocaine overdose.
‘I knew I couldn’t continue the life I was living,’ she admitted.
Belinda vowed to change her life and has been sober since 2005, which she credits to attending 12-step recovery meetings as part of her treatment.

She now doesn’t drink, smoke or take drugs.
Belinda also practices yoga and has a much healthier outlook on life which she summarizes as ‘everything in moderation’.
Reflecting on her decision to get sober during an interview with Loose Women in 2017, Belinda said she got sick of the ‘secrets and lies’.
‘I’ve lost so many friends to drugs and the fact that I’m sitting here is really pretty amazing,’ she said at the time.

‘You have to hit some sort of rock bottom – mine was a spiritual one. I was telling so many secrets and lies all the time.’
She said she should look like ‘Phantom of the Opera’ given her years of drug abuse.
Belinda also revealed she hid her addiction from her husband Morgan Mason when they tied the knot in 1986.
‘He knew in a vague sort of way,’ Belinda said. ‘Addiction is a disease of perception. You don’t realize it has an effect on people around you.’
At the time she was on her Decades tour.
‘I’m really happy and comfortable where I am. I love my life and I feel free – it’s great,’ she added to New Idea.
