She made the happy announcement with a slew of snaps of the happy couple posted to Instagram and wrote: ‘turns out he actually does like me’ followed by a diamond ring emoji.
She then revealed that she wanted to have a ‘sick’ music festival-style wedding when the pair tie the knot.
Becky told The Sun in 2022: ‘We are having a festival of course! We are going to have a sick festival with an acoustic tent, a dance tent, a pop tent.’
Asked if big names such as David Guetta and Little Mix would perform at the festival, Becky said: ‘I’d like to think so. As long as they don’t all need paying, yes. I’ll be like, ‘I’ll give you cake’. Just let me get album two out of the way.’
Commenting on Charlie’s marriage proposal, she added: I was like, ‘Shut the f*** up!’ It was mad. He drew a heart in the sand on a desert island.

‘I recently went to Poland and I was asked about being queer in an interview and what it meant considering I had a boyfriend who was in a heterosexual relationship.’
The Wish You Well songstress continued: ‘I answered it very honestly – as I would always answer any question I get asked.
‘But it’s difficult when attitudes in certain areas of the world haven’t been brought up to the same date as us.
‘Everybody’s got to come into the 21st century, everybody’s got to get used to the idea that queer people are here and not going anywhere.’
‘Hopefully people will start to love the queer community as much as I do.’
She previously told Attitude: ‘I felt a bit like an imposter because I’ve had a boyfriend for five and a half years… I feel much better now I am under the queer umbrella.
‘I also think it’s important for women to own their queerness, instead of over-sexualising their desire for other women for the sake of straight men.
