Beckham Surprises Clarkson with Lavish Birthday Cake

surprised unlikely pal  with a birthday cake as they celebrated the broadcaster turning 66 in Miami on Saturday.

The former footballer, 50, gifted the delicious treat with candles and colourful icing after the ex star joined him to watch a match at his Inter Miami team's new Freedom Park Stadium.

Taking to Instagram Jeremy shared a snap with his arm around David who is proudly holding the cake. 

The birthday boy wore a casual navy blazer over a printed shirt, while his pal was suited and booted to watch his team take on the Red Bulls. 

Jeremy captioned the post: 'A man I met at a football match in Miami gave me a birthday cake. So kind'.

As well as being unlikely the pals the pair are also neighbours after the TV star . 

 was supported by his beloved wife Victoria and sons Romeo and Cruz as they cheered on Inter Miami on Saturday.

The family looked in good spirits ahead of the clash which eventually concluded in a 2-2 draw. 

David, who co-owns Inter Miami, cut a dapper figure in the team's blazer which he paired with a crisp white shirt and smart tie. 

Meanwhile Posh Spice cut a casual figure in a white T-shirt as she chatted with pals in the VIP lounge. 

The fashion designer was later joined by youngest son Cruz, who caught the eye in a colourful orange patterned shirt. 

The musician, who was noticeably without his glamorous girlfriend Jackie Apostel. 

Joining David and Victoria at the game was son Romeo who donned a white T-shirt and beige trousers.

The model opted for a bold pink winter hat and accessorised with a silver chain necklace and hung a silver chain from his trousers. 

It is unknown whether David and Victoria's daughter Harper was in attendance at the game.

The couple marked their fourth year of marriage earlier this week, with Brooklyn, 27, .

In a new social media update by Nicola, 31, on Saturday, she shared how her hot sauce owner husband is still continuing to spoil her.

She reposted an Instagram story from Brooklyn which showed a gigantic bunch of white roses, with love letters sitting on top.

He captioned it: 'Happy anniversary Nicola Peltz Beckham x love you with all my heart can't xx love you so so much.'

In another snap, Brooklyn could be seen leaning back from the driver's seat of a car to surprise Nicola with another bunch of flowers and a coffee. 

As he smiled for the sweet capture, she penned: 'Surprise flowers and love letters are my favourite everr I '.
