In October 2018, Ladygang premiered as a talk show on the E! network.
It has been three years since Tobin welcomed her first child, a baby boy, via surrogate.
In 2022, Tobin introduced fans to her son, Rutherford ‘Ford’ Thomas Martin, with a photo of her husband Zach Martin carrying their newborn inside his car seat on Tuesday.Â
‘Welcome to the world, Ford,’ Becca captioned the shot. ‘Rutherford “Ford” Thomas Martin is here and life is already so much sweeter. It took him five years to get here, but it’s been worth every minute. Thank you to our amazing surrogate for bringing him here safely surrounded by so much love.’Â

Becca had been open about her fertility struggles in the past.
In the summer of 2021 Becca revealed she and her husband saw a fertility specialist and had their embryos frozen after she suffered a miscarriage for the second time.
‘In my earlier 30s, I was having an ultrasound and the doctor said, “Oh, my gosh, look at all those eggs,” so I had a false sense of confidence in my ability to make a baby,’Â she said on her podcast LadyGang.Â
‘I didn’t realize the weight that would be lifted the moment that I found out that I didn’t have to hurry up and keep trying and hopefully get something healthy.’Â

In November 2020, she spoke out asking fans and friends not to ask any further about their IVF journey.
‘Please don’t text me. We just need to understand that: Stop asking women about their fertility, and let them volunteer the information and read the room,’ Becca told People.
‘I know that the next couple months, there are going to be a few comments on Instagram.Â
‘Like, “Is that a baby bump? Are you pregnant?” That stuff is really tough.Â

‘And I can’t stress it enough that we just have to stop.Â
‘We have to allow women to share their news when they’re ready, and the speculation and the questions just adds more stress and pressure to a family.’
Tobin and Martin exchanged vows in 2016 at the Amangani Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in front of a star-studded crowd.
At the event was many of Tobin’s former Glee co-stars, such as Michele, Jane Lynch, Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz. Some of the show’s writers and production workers were also in attendance for the proceedings.Â
