Bec added she believes some of the negative behaviour she has displayed on camera may be linked to her past trauma.   

'When you've experienced abuse, small situations can feel amplified. It's not always about what's happening in front of you,' she said.

According to sources, Bec was working in sales for an Adelaide manufacturing firm when management called her in after the third dinner party was aired last month. 

'They just told her that they couldn't have her there,' an insider told Woman's Day.

The source continued: 'They didn't want her to work there any longer, and it was due to what was happening on MAFS and her behaviour.'
