Bec Judd has shed light on the non-surgical facelift she swears by.
The AFL WAG revealed on her LiSTNR podcast Vain-ish on Wednesday that she had undergone a buccal facial to remove fine lines.
The massage, favoured by the likes of Meghan Markle and Gwyneth Paltrow, helps relieve deep muscle tension, boost circulation and sculpt the face.
‘I have done a buccal massage, and it is so bloody weird!’ Bec told her co-host Jessie Roberts.
‘The pressure is high, and they smooth out the lines – those nasolabial lines are the lines that go from your nose to the corner of your mouth – a lot of people just chuck filler in them. I had filler in them about 10 years ago.’
She added: ‘When she did mine, she massages it so hard, pressure points it, that it gets rid of those lines! It’s intense but there’s something very relaxing about it.’

Bec flaunted her line-free visage in Perth as she hosted a Q&A event at Crown Perth Towers on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old, who is an ambassador for the hotel chain, was the picture of youth as she posed for a mirror selfie in a black feathered frock.
She also took an up-close snap of her freshly-done makeup, with not a wrinkle in sight.
It comes after Bec revealed how she really feels about being alone on a work trip in Western Australia.
The mum of four took to Instagram on Sunday to share a clip of herself in her hotel bathroom.
Bec, dressed in a grey matching pyjama set, candidly told her followers that she had long been looking forward to having ‘a break’ from her busy home life.
‘I always crave these work trips away so much,’ confessed Bec, who shares son Oscar, daughter Billie, and twin boys Tom and Darcy with husband Chris Judd.
‘I just need a break from crazy, hectic mum life and doing 100 things every day,’ she confessed, before listing all the things she juggles on a day-to-day basis.

‘Work, kids, house, dog, sport, watching, driving, coaching, managing all the things,’ she went on.
However, despite being grateful for the ‘beautiful hotel’ and ‘amazing room’, Bec made a heartwarming admission about the much-anticipated getaway.
‘I’m here and I’m all alone without any kids — which I was so looking forward to — and then now I’m here and I’m like, “Ah I miss them”.’
She captioned the post: ‘Tell me I’m not the only Mum that does this? I’m not used to the quiet!’
