Barry Keoghan was unrecognisable on set for his new movie in Dublin on Saturday.
The Irish actor, 33, looked worlds away from his usual self as his shaven raven locks were replaced with long ginger curls.
Wearing pajama bottoms on set, Barry transformed into a character known as Josh for the low-budget flick Lemonade.
Kim Barley directs the project whilst it also stars Irish actors Lewis Brophy, Connie Doona, and Graham Earley.
The movie is reportedly a ‘semi-autobiography’ of Barry’s life as it will explore the battle of drug addiction whilst it is being filmed now far from where the actor grew up.
The Oscar-nominated actor was just 12 years old when his mother, Debbie died from a heroin overdose and he had no relationship with his father.

Speaking on an episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast in 2024, Barry remembered his ‘lovely, gorgeous’ mother as he sadly recalled how her addiction ‘caught her’.
‘That kind of haunts me still, you don’t forget those things,’ he said.
Barry had a tumultuous childhood as a result of his mother’s addiction and when he was five, Barry and his younger brother Eric went into foster care, living in 13 different homes before they moved into his aunt and grandmother’s two-bedroom flat.
Now, Barry has become a huge face in Hollywood as he catapulted to fame after his role in Saltburn and his relationship with Sabrina.
Despite it being over a year since they broke up Sabrina didn’t hold back when referencing her relationship in a recent dig.
The singer reposted a TikTok on her page which said: ‘It’s been a tough year, but at least I didn’t get back with my ex’.
Sabrina’s most recent public relationship was with the Irish actor, who she dated after meeting at Paris Fashion Week in September 2023 until late 2024.
Notably, the TikTok included Sabrina’s hit song Manchild, which is widely believed to have been written about Barry after their break-up.

Many fans thought that Sabrina was hinting that the lyrics were inspired by her relationship with Barry when she released the track in 2025.
Sharing the release date for the song, she seemed to take a dig at her ex as she penned: ‘This one’s about you!! Manchild is out this Thursday, 6/5 8pm.’
Sabrina’s fans clocked the repost on her TikTok, which was one of two videos of a similar theme, and said: ‘Sabrina Carpenter with a very relatable repost’.
Commenting on her bold move, fans said: ‘Shots fired’; ‘Poor Barry… not!’; ‘Might be a lucky guy. I don’t know’; ‘Because he did not want to’;
They added: ‘*Repost*’; ‘The true win!’; ‘Sometimes that’s the biggest achievement’; ‘She’s so real!’
Despite fans being convinced Manchild is about Barry, Sabrina recently dodged the question during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, where she was pressed about which of her exes inspired her recent hit.
Instead of answering, Sabrina coolly grabbed a beer and took a long sip on camera, letting the moment – and the mystery – speak for itself.
