Ana de Armas is starring in the new John Wick spinoff Ballerina.
And on Thursday a first look of the highly anticipated neo-noir action thriller was shared.
In the fast-paced clip, Ana can be seen as a child with a bloodied face before she is recruited by Ian McShane to train at an elite assassin academy under a demanding instructor portrayed by Sharon Duncan-Brewster.
Toward the end of the clip, Keanu Reeves is seen as John Wick as he confronts Anna’s martial arts proficient ballerina.
Ballerina, which was directed by Len Wiseman and written by Shay Hatten, is set to be released on June 6, 2025.

The Blonde actress plays the role of ballerina-assassin Rooney in the movie.
She is joined in the cast by Reeves, McShane, Anjelica Huston, Norman Reedus, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Gabriel Byrne.
Anjelica will be reprising her role as The Director in the project.
The star appeared as the head of the Ruska Roma crime organization in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum during a scene where a beleaguered John Wick came to her for help.
Reeves has had a long John Wick run.
The star started his work on the first John Wick film in 2014, which was about a legendary assassin who comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters that killed his dog and took his car after the death of his wife.

Due to the film’s success, it was turned into a franchise with John Wick: Chapter 2 being released in 2017 and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum being released in 2019.
John Wick: Chapter 4 came out in 2023.
Keanu has become very well-known in Hollywood for his work in action movies. He has starred in Point Break, Speed, and all four of The Matrix movies.
In January 2023 Ana said her body was battered by combat scenes with Keanu.
‘We’ve been in Prague filming for four months. We still have one more month to go. And I’m in pain. You know, my body, my back, everything hurts. I’m complaining, I’m sore, I’m bruised,’ she said while on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

But she admitted that Ballerina is on ‘another level’ compared to her brief appearance in the 007 flick – although she is grateful to be working with The Matrix actor.
Ana said: ‘Bond was fifteen minutes. This is a whole movie, another level.
‘But the other day, Keanu and I were rehearsing our very difficult stunt scene, and this man is just rolling and throwing me and doing crazy stunts.
‘And I’m like – I can’t complain anymore because he is doing it! He truly is the best.’
